I used to like the store when it was Kinkos. Some employees are nice but some are just rude. I do not come often but when I do something always happens most of the times I go here. I simply needed a print off of my email and i was having trouble at the self serve so i walked up to the counter. The guy who helped me was at a computer with one of the girls and from the minute i approached the counter she gave me ugly looks. The guy was very friendly (thin white male). the girl was in the back the whole time just starring really ugly at me. just before i walked away she turned to another of the employees and seemed as if she was criticizing me with the other girl who had just walked up near her, she was laughing very rudly and loud. Unfortunately i didnt really catch her name, i remember it started with a Y.. Yapiya or something like that i seemed to read on her name tag which seemed to also say IN TRAINING. How can somebody be in training and be so rude when im to somebody they arent even helping. Next time i will probably drive extra and go to the clovis store.

I like this place. When I am having printer issues or dont have a scanner, this is my go-to place. I really like how clean and tidy it is. I see there are comments about customer service....if you go during their busy times you wont get helped as much (how can they?). But I have always gotten great help, they even have great paper you can buy by the sheet!!

Tried to find out the cost of typsetting four business cards, and the kid on the other end just gave me snarky answers unless Id provide him with my first and last name, phone number and other info. THEN QUOTED my FIFTY DOLLARS when I told him I didnt want to give away my personal info. Go ANYWHERE but KINKOS.

Julian a clerk turned away an old man just needing one copy at this location. Way to go of the treatment of our elderly people. So rude. The store was not even busy. Now we know why

Never had a bad experience here. Always great friendly customer service. Items are a little over priced but great when sending last minute cards or other little things.
