Just like I say about my pet grooming business "you pay for what you get, good work isnt cheap and cheap work isnt good. Oh and I also say we groom the best and fix the rest! Well Fastsigns must go by the same motto because they were awesome. And awesome people recognize other awesome people. You pay good money for a great sign in the amount of time they say itll be done, they get it done. We tried going the cheap way first and got us an unprofessional con man. So we took our business elsewhere. FastSigns fixed our problem and came through with a beautiful sign exactly like we wanted it. Thank you so much. Ive started sharing my picture of the sign and people are asking whered I go for my business sign, so I will be sending them to you. Thanks again

2/16/15: What a pleasant experience! We put up a $1500 sign for our homeowners association, and me and all the homeowners couldnt be happier, esp after starting with another Fresno sign company. Vanessa did an outstanding job checking in with me and making sure I knew what all my options were. She responded within a day each time, sending over pics of numerous designs, giving me her recommendation for the best quality job. After we customized our personal choice by making a slight modification to one of their designs, she got this made an installed in a very timely manner. The sign is perfect. I cant imagine another sign place in Fresno that can outdo FastSigns.

I originally did have concerns about some communication on the service but my concerns were addressed by one of the owners Kim. I would refer my customers/family/friends to this company as they will address concerns you have as well as do everything they can to meet your deadlines on time. I prefer a family owned business such as Fast Signs because they will quickly take your sign requests and make them into a professional art piece that you can appreciate that is either on your wall or window. Just as their names says: they are fast! They are also friendly, patient and helpful. I emailed some designs with their graphics person and within a few hours I was walking out with a beautiful sign. But wait....I messed up and forgot to add something to the sign. I called the next day. They fit me in to their busy schedule and charged me very minimally for the fix. I will be back the next time our business needs a sign as they do a great job and take care of their customers. The owner was there both times and was very friendly and helpful!!! Fast Signs installed window lettering and a beautiful window perforation for my new orthodontics office, Clarity Orthodontics. They were very professional to work with, and presented me with several proofs before install to make sure I received the final product I was expecting. Brandon worked on my project and his attention to detail and quick delivery of services was greatly appreciated! When I raised some concerns about some stripped bolts holding the sign (not their fault, it was from previous installation of old sign), the personnel contacted their supervisor, who came within the hour and corrected the problem.
