The employee seemed a bit overwhelmed. I was there to make copies and the person before me was having trouble understanding the machine, the counter person was rude to her I thought and treated her as if she was dumb, I received no help and my resume got printed on both sides after I had fiddled with it trying to understand the machine, when I told her they had copied wrong she said she was sorry in a sarcastic sort of way and told me the sales total and stuck her hand out. I wont be returning and will re-copy my resume somewhere else. The store did look clean and professional however, maybe with a helpful employee I would give more stars.

This place is the best! Amy and her staff are always so helpful and friendly, always know my name and are quick to help me when I come in. I got a box there when I saw on the news about the boxes on porches being taken and I also get things delivered that are heat sensitive and having them sent here solved my problem and gave me peace of mind. If you want to know your packages are safe and can be delivered the first time without having to worry, this is your place. Thanks Amy and staff!!

Amy and her staff are the best! I send a lot of packages to my daughter whos in college. Never had a problem, and the business has a home town feel that reminds me of a small town post office, yet has the capabilities of a big city facility. Great neighborhood gem.

great service at this Postnet on Coffee. Employees are very nice and kind, they always get the job done and are very honest, I left my wallet in one time and they held it until i came back around to ask if i left it there. Thank you.

I paid for insurance the package return back to me and Post net never did the paperwork as suppose to send to UPS i lost item and insurance money expensive and out the way
