Whisker Tickled

I live across the street. We stop by a few times a week for the last 2+ years (like at least 3-4 times a week). The other day was bad day, like horrible. And to make it worse I arived at F.D. and the store was rather busy. After picking out a few things my children and I stood in line for over 20 min while some new cashier (I say new because I had never seen her before and we were regulars) was talking to the seemingly only other employee about partying. When I finally made it to the counter she argued with me and was RUDE. As I was collecting my items off the counter the people behind me were in such a hurry they knocked everything out of one of my hands. As I was picking it all back up I mumbled sometimes i hate this place- at which point the cashier screamed at me not to come back. We havent. I go to walgrens now. Its WAY more expensive but the customer service is on point!!! If they read this, I hope they know, we spent at least $200 a week there- never again!

On my last visit I went to purchase with a $100 my purchase was over $30 & the female cashier saw the $20 in my wallet & said I just cashed out to another customer cant you pay with your $20 it was rude & very unprofessional really she didnt want to do the work SHE GETS PAID to do what if she didnt see the $20 bill does that mean Family Dollar would have lost that sale?. Ive been in many other family dollars & the customer service was exellent this Family dollar does greet you when you walk in but most of the workers are rude . Im going to secretly record my visit from now on & send it to Family Dollar corporate so they can see the people they hire.

The merchandise is a good quality for the price, by no means high end. A definite bargain,a lot of food items for a dollar. Clean store.

The cashier was rude!!! Cared more about the party she was going to afterword then the LONG line of customers. And I want to repeat LONG.

ITS CLOSE TO WHERE I LIVE SELLS FOOD, NIC NACS,CLOTHING, VARIOUS HOUSE HOLD GOODS. PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE.
