This particular dollar tree should be an embarrassment to the corporation. Of all of the stores I have been to this is the dirtiest one. I have been to several in Washington and Oregon. The Shelves are rarely stocked. While boxes of friegt are stacked in the isles where 1 cart can barely fit through isles. This is through out the store. The majority of the employees are rude and unaprochable. A business is only as good as its manager. There is usually at most 2 checkers. When there is 10 plus people in both lines. Sometimes I have seen lines down isles and around the corner. I understand being short handed but when employees (manager included)have time to talk about an unrelated event or stand there up at registers texting! They Definatly have time to cashier or put up freight. The handicap parking is almost at end of building not even close. I have emailed company several times about these issues still no changes or replies. Talking to people while waiting majority feel same way i do but its the most convienient. Well worth the drive to go to the other ones in town

Heres why I gave it 5 stars. Its a $ store. You dont go in expecting Nordstrom service, you go there because everything is a dollar and hopefully they have something you need. They have a good selection of stuff, Ive always found something I needed and more I didnt but bought anyway. As for how messy the store is or how crowded it is, how many kids running around, thats about where its located. Out of the staffs control. Youre not going to find $ stores in upscale neighborhoods if thats what youre looking for.

Very unclean and rude staff, if a customer has a question about where an item is located in the store you can walk your precious little self over to where its located and show me instead of saying "somewhere over there" and pointing towards "over there" what kind of customer service is that? And not to mention the safety issue of all the boxes in the middle of the walk ways. I wont be back. Keep up the good work ha.

Its not bad. You can get stuff you meed for a $. If your low on money then its perfect.........cups, plates, toilet paper, body care all though very watered down....food. Mainly snacks. All in all its a 7 an a half out of 10

I was the worst I have been at all of them here in Yakima and the stores are not stocked and no staff. I have worked for this company and this is not how the store I worked looked at anytime

Always incredibly dirty. Most staff are super rude. Very crowded, not having enough room for cashier lines makes for stuffed isles. Worth it to drive the distance it is to the one on 72nd.

Theres one lady here that does not do anything besides walk around the store and boss everyone around the store be a lot more better if she got fired. And there was more checkers besides 2.
