NO MORE QUALITY MERCHANDISE ON FLOO0R ALL BEING TAKEN BY VOLUNTEERS IN THE BACK ROOM FOR 5 CENTS ON THE DOLLAR $$$$$$$ i am now at the point of total disappointment and many other shoppers are all complaining how there is NOTHING OF QUALITY left to buy ON the main floor Discovering that there are over 100 VOLUNTEERS who are all in the back room taking all the high quality merchandise for themselves and NOthing now coming onto the floor but just stuff: HOW SAD that so many Good Hearted Folks are donating their loved ones quality possessions and that these quality items are not being sold for retail in the store BUT TAKEN in the back room: and SHOCKING that the volunteers can make up their own prices AMAZING That the Managers and hired employees, which i think are only 5 aboard allow this to happen? over the past two years the quality merchandise like VALENTINO / ARMANI / GUCCI made in Italy are NO LONGER on the sales floor today there is NOT ONE towel pillow case sheet blankets shoes / clothes / jewelry / sunglasses / crystal glasses / belts / books the list is total shocking that there is NOT one item of QUALITY ever on the floor. just one year ago there were items of quality every week. Two years ago there were many items of quality every week. when an item for $50 or $20 dollars was placed on floor it was sold for this amount and the managers would argue that this was for a good cause and would not lower the price by $1.00 but NOW that there is nothing of quality on the floor these $100 & $50 items are all taken in the back room and the volunteers can price them for $1 or $2 vs $20 or $50 just DO THE MATH: the SLO Hospice store alone is now loosing more then 90% PROFIT that should be going to Hospice VS going to the back room VOLUNTEERS who not only are taking from the NON Profit but taking these items for less then 5% of VALUE its VERY SHOCKING...... join me on this conversation and tell us your stories of the past two years of where HAS ALL THE QUALITY MERCHANDISE GONE? looking forward to getting Hospice store SLO back to where it used to be: Geronimo SLO local

Dont waste your time at this place! I tried to check out and the manager walked up and took away two of my items and refused to sell them because she thought that they should have a higher price - even though they were clearly marked and out for sale. You cant trust this place or the poor management decisions. Never ever had such a poor experience at any thrift store before. Wish I could rate this place in the negative range.

Lovely ambiance. Great Managment with hearts directed to helping families struggling with hardship. Volunteers constantly giving their time to support Wilshire Hospice. The prices are fair and more than generous to the public. Volunteers pay their fair pricing. Nothing different than the public would pay. Loving Gifts come in daily from the community for all to enjoy.

Nice staff, good prices, as expected. The real surprise is the treasures you can discover there. Fine jewelry, designer clothing with the store tags still on, antiques & collectables and so much more. We donate Christmas trees, decorations... to families in need during the holidays; we find such great buys there, as a result we can help more families.

Nice and clean display but the prices are getting so high it defeats the purpose of shopping at a thrift store however at least you can feel good about supporting the Hospice charity
