Good variety, clean but horrible customer service. About 4 people working all made eye contact and would be in the same aisles as them no-one greeted me, did not feel very welcomed. Asked a cashier if he could check the price for me he starred at the item and asked me "do you want me to guess cause i dont know" also his phone rang he checked it and ignored me to look at his phone. I asked if the prices were coming off since they had a clearance event advertised all over the store he said yes, walked out noticed nothing was discounted went back told him he got his manager she was going to fix it then he said well that sale starts tomorrow. This boy knew the sale event started tomorrow and knew the prices werent going to change so when i asked about the discount instead of informing me the sale hasnt started yet he just said yes. Also they put up the signs for the event way early (i went in around 3-4) ive always been taught (retail management experience 5+ years) if you put up signs early expect to override prices to avoid angry customers, which is why you wait to put up all your sale signs but i wasnt going too be that person. But they refused to honor the prices instead the manager wanted me to come back tomorrow and then shell give me the difference back but i have to work and i dont live in that town im not going out of my way for their mistake, i returned the items they werent that important but the whole experience just boggled me. I rarely went there anyways but now i dont think ill be back.

Its just okay. You have to understand that when youre shopping at a deep discount store the company doesnt invest a lot of money in frills or letting their employees know that they really care about them. Having been in retail its always easy for me to spot someone when theyve had no training, and little or no corporate support. Undoubtedly theyre underpaid as well and its not easy work. Any complaints regarding staff must be looked at in this light. I found my cashier to be absolutely wonderful. It was an old-fashioned retail experience in that I was greeted, eye contact was made, my order was rung up efficiently and accurately. And I was thanked. Arent you just sick and tired when the customer thanks the clerk and the clerk turns and says, "No problem"???

My experience was poor there were 4 cashiers in the register and only one open 3 of them talking and of the register that was open had of returned my waiting time was twenty five minutes and plus when they opened the 2 register they ignored me and get the next two customer what kind of service they offer they need to have more management and customer service that why I didnt give 1 star

The place is dirty doesnt look like they sweep at all and rude!!! Will not be coming back the manager was very rude making me try and feel bad because I didnt want an item and told well its only a $1 just get it! Save yourself a trip avoid this place I rather go to Jackson to the dollar store at least they arent rude.
