I would give this store 5 stars if they did not have the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I go there all the time and it is always the same experience. No one is helpful, there is always a line full of people with one person ringing up while a group of employees stand and socialize at the side of the register. It is the SAME THING every time Im there. My last trip there I looked through clothes an employee just straightened and when I walked to the next rack she let a huge sigh out and went to the rack I had just finished looking at and started banging hangers as if I wasnt supposed to touch what she just straightened. The district manager seriously needs to give the manager of this location some customer service training and she needs to pass it on to her staff.

Welcome to Skinny R Us, where if you like to eat AND wear clothes, youre out of luck. My friend and I went there to look for XL leggings (normally wed buy size L leggings, but Forever 21 leggings run small), but instead, ended up digging through piles of S, occasional M, and ultra rare L leggings. We looked for a good 30 minutes or so, and couldnt find one pair of XL. The same thing happened when we looked at camis. Im giving this place 1 star for having cute clothes (catered for the stick-thin community), and 1 star for keeping those clothes on the cheap side.

Today is 04/25/2017. The employee who work in the fitting room is very impatient! No conversation with me,even didt say a word！when I finished, I give to her the clothing，she dont answer me! She just sort out another clothing! When Im going to put clothes on hangers, she saw what Im doing,She rob the clothes from my hands! So rued!

At the store the plus size section is cluttered and doesnt have many clothes for plus size girls. When you get in line to pay you have to wait in one big line even though there is 2 sections for buying. Only 3 cashers are open when there is 8 casher areas. They need to improve the store.

This place caters to teenage and young adult girls. There is a mens section but the stuff looked pretty gay.
