This is the worst Zumiez Ive ever been to. The "Assistant Managers" Cole & Melana do not deserve that position, or even their job. My friend and I were in Zumiez for 5+ mins without being greeted nor even acknowledged. Although we were clearly noticed by Cole & Melana because they persisted to make my friend & I uncomfortable due to the rude looks they were giving us. Typically I spend a good amount of my income on Zumiez. Its one of my favorite stores. Because of this I wanted to know why they were jus standing behind the counter giving us rude looks instead of being acknowledged. Cole preceded to explain that he was sick. With a immense amount of attitude Melana said she was on break. Cole clearly should not have been working if he was sick. He is putting every customer at risk by being at Zumiez sick. Melana should not have been on break because she was the only other person on the floor besides Cole. This Zumiez is really ran in a awful manner. I asked Cole & Melana if I could speak to with their manager. They stated to me that they were both Assistant Managers. I dont understand how either Cole or Melana could be assistant managers based on the way they treat their customers. I was finally able to get the managers name. I let Cole & Melana know that I would be contacting their manager because of how badly my friend & I were treated. They both laughed. I left at that point because I could no longer take their disrespect.

I had the worst customer experience possible I will not be coming back to this zumiez location anytime soon. The manager was very disrespectful today 05/15/2016 I went in because I had promised my brother a t shirt for getting good grades and the rude manager was just following us around and she asked if she could hold our items for us in a wierd tone. I was also going to buy some adidas socks and I set them down infront of her and then asked her if I could try on a shirt so she walks me to the dressing room and was like can you give me the socks or where did you leave them in that moment I tied all the pieces together and she thought that we were going to steal something which we werent I had my debit card and cash on the back of my phone she just made me and my brother very uncomfortable I dont know why they would make an awkward, rude person such as herself the store manager.

zumiez is a great store i love it the only problem is that they should get more sizes in diamond clothing like everytime i go they only have size medium in woman and they shoukd really consider getting smalls and large! But besides that it is a great store i love buying my stickers and clothes there love it ;)
