Their internet here is decent since it is a google one and not At&T. I saw a few gamers playing an online game (looked like League of Legends but I was too shy to ask >///<) which usually require a decent internet to play. While the interior was clean by the tables, the bathroom was much to be desired. Bathrooms were a little messy, which is why I didnt give it full stars, but it was around 3-4 pm when I visited so maybe it had been too busy for them to clean. The waste bin was filled to the brim and spilled out and the toliet seat covering was one or two shy from being out. I didnt have to wait too long for my drink. The barista taking our order was very enthusiastic about coffee and helped my friend pick out a drink he might like that wasnt overly sweet. I ordered a smore frappacino with 1/3 the whipped cream and it was good. Also, there are 2 Pokemon stops here :3

Be prepared to wait. They made drinks for everyone before me, even though they arrived after me. These were not simple drinks, they all needed making, no plain coffees. Then when they decide to get around to making it, the person leaves half way through the drink, just leaving it there while he stocked items. When I went up to get my money back, they got back to making my drink, like it was nothing. I had to wait 15 minutes for my drink, longer than every other person in that period. When I went back to my car the drive through line was empty and I was the only person waiting inside. I will NEVER go to this location again and am going to avoid Starbucks for a while. I got the poorest service and no apology or acknowledgement of their poor service. Save your money and time and skip the coffee if you have to go to this location.

For being on a one way street it has pretty easy access to drive through. It has a nice open seating area. Lots of windows that look out on the HWY 101 corridor, not the greatest view, but close to old Town in a decent area. Had the greatest window server yesterday around the lunch hour. Wish I had caught his name. But they are all pretty friendly, in my experience. I still think Starbucks is highly overpriced and too expensive for my taste but I wanted to treat my granddaughter to a hot chocolate. I guess as long as people are willing to pay those prices they can continue to charge what they want. The sad part is it has encouraged other coffee shops to keep step with those prices. Glad that it at least had a drive through.

Ive been to Starbucks around the world and without a doubt this one is the worst. They care nothing about their customers, starting from the locked side door for employees only. And they have an excuse for everything. Their most common excuse is that one of their brewers is out. They have used this for years. And the manager doesnt even care. She will just give you more excuses. The employees are more concerned about taking care of personal business. The last time I was there, the line inside was five people and the person who was supposed to be taking orders was having a personal conversation while the customers waited. All I have to say how do we get PEETS here. Now they know about customer service.

Depending on the time of day, the drive through can be very slow. At those busy times the quality of the product (tastes terrible, probably made wrong) or the order (wrong items/preferences for drinks) often becomes unacceptable. This isnt Always the case, but it has ruined many of my mornings. On other -- slower times of day, everything seems great though. Service is fairly decent, coffee tastes great, and the wait is minimal inside or at the drive through. A total 360 from their busy moments. They certainly mean well.

People walk across the drive thru ? Why would they create a drive thru that might have accident risks? Theres no crosswalk for pedestrians in the center of the drive thru. How weird. Some lady just casually walked right in front of my car like it was normal.The buildings were ugly and dirty and I didnt feel safe. Trashy starbucks, all I wanted was a couple sugars and cream in my coffee and she couldnt hear me, I had to tell her like 5 times. Horrible

Some of the best staff in town, very helpful, polite, jokey, and obliging to my over indulgent desires. The value is actually great considering a $2 venti can be refilled free (at least $1 extra elsewhere) plus I get additional syrups free too AND I get as much internet as I can handle while sipping on my coffee. Really, its the staff that makes this particular location great. Bow ties for the win.

The speed inside is like molasses! The people are friendly, but i went inside to order 5 drinks This isnt my usual, so I wanted to not back up the drive thru. Seems like 1 drink or 5 it takes 10+ minutes to get your drink. Youre better off going through drive thru. Drinks can be hot or miss here. Youre better off hitting Jitter bean

Once again there are 5-6 "baristas" standing around with only 1-2 making drinks. The one today was trying to run the drive thru and make mine. She was paying no attention and after waiting 15 minutes I left with no drink. This is the 4th time. The atmosphere is also driven down by the addicts and welfare folks everywhere

This is a busy and lively Starbucks. The baristas are great, but I definitely have my favorite. I dont know her name, but she is so friendly and helpful. Plus, shes good at unique small talk, not the boring hows-the-weather stuff. She felt like an old, comfortable friend after my first visit.

If you are from out of town be prepared to navigate the one-way streets to get here. Coffee was fine and employees were nice. I was there during an off time. The only thing to say is the place needs a good cleaning. Furniture is worn out, windows are dirty, and its dusty.

Its Starbucks, so you know the experience youre getting every time. Friendly, moderately fast service, for better than average coffee. Its not the best coffee in town, but youll still want to go there when the Pumpkin Spice Latte comes back.

Its an ok starbucks, I usually try to hit Dutch brothers I prefer there espresso quality better, nicer machines (actually what Starbucks used to have, back when they baristas and not fast food workers).

This Starbucks is awesome! They have a new manager and she really seems to care. My drink was perfect. I just got a latte but the foam was creamy like it always should be. Very satisfied.

I broke down outside their place of business. Luckily the gentleman walking from inside must have enjoyed his cup a coffee enough to move his vehicle out of the way so I could park there.

Unlike most Starbucks, not clean, staff not too friendly, bathrooms locked & staff has to walk around & unlock the!?! Drink was up to standard taste but hope staff hand washing was done.
