Stopped for coffee and a bathroom break on our way back to Coos Bay and WOW! Best latte I ever had! I did not know a latte could be this good. Very clean bathrooms. But really....I feel like driving back to Florence to see if they can make another one just as good. Truly the best coffee drink I ever had. Amazing! Edit: Stopped for another one. Different Barista and the counter help seemed to be in training, but another excellent latte. Obviously some coffee artistry going on here.

This is THE cutest, best coffee shop ever...We are from Eugene, where theres a coffee stand on nearly every corner. We were so impressed by this shop, not only was the coffee amazing but they have the cutest bags, hair bands, baby clothes, pictures, etc. Such a cool boutique! Also, we just loved looking around at they way it is designed!(my husband made me even go check out the bathroom b/c its so cute!:) we will definitely to back every time we are in town!!

Visiting Florence we were driving through old town looking for coffee and tea. We pulled into another place, but it wasnt grabbing at us, so we checked Google maps and found this place and it seemed much more appealing. Glad we moved on. Siuslaw river coffee is fast and friendly! There is a large seating area inside, but we opted for the outside seating with a beautiful view of the river. Quaint and relaxing, the way it should be.

We stopped in this week as my boyfriend was John and Kathys Uber driver when they were in Orange County, California a while back and wanted to say hi as I was visiting a long time friend Kathy who works at BJs Hwy 101 in Florence while passing through on our 22 day driving vacation through 19 states. I bought Bills Auto coffee and loved it as I drink my coffee black and really appreciate good coffee

Great coffee, and fun atmosphere. I was disappointed to order a Nutella Latte w/soy, only to be told after paying that it was not possible to substitute soy in this drink. The barista made a different drink of my choosing, but then made it incorrect (I had ordered it with no foam). She seemed bothered when I asked she skim it off of the drink, but did as I requested.

Used to be a great place have been here several times before several years ago. This morning the coffee was very weak the service was very poor. I asked if there was a place I could bringing my dog she said no and there was actually one right outside the door she didnt tell me about. Seems like a place that caters to Locals. I may not come back

Great decor and really great coffee with a fantastic view if the bridge. I got a hand poured drip coffee which they make with the Hario V60 cone and kettle. My wife got a London Fog (an earl Greg teabag steeped in steamed milk with a little vanilla syrup) which was one of the best shed had. Highly recommended and worth the stop.

My husband and I get coffee here as often as we can. Have never had bad service and whomever said the waite staff was stuck up. ..needs to check their attitude at the door. This is the most friendly place with wonderful decorations for Christmas. I picked up a couple ornaments last time we were here. We love this place!!

The coffee is excellent. They lack in side dishes. I think they would really get more customers if they had more side dishes.... Danish, donuts, or even quiche would be nice. You CANNOT beat the view off the back patio - the calm water of the Siuslaw River passing under the awesome river bridge carrying 101 traffic.

I hate to share this but there are only a very few places in Florence I always go--this is one! Although the other day I was excited because a large sailboat was trying to head out and its rare to see the bridge open--siren went off, but it jammed. Next time. Ryan from Eugene

The spot is very nicely decorated. Very friendly staff. Cheap (double espresso and large tea for $3.5). So why not a 5 star? Well, Im picky when it comes to the espresso itself. Not concentrated enough, let the water drip too long through it. Shoot for the ristreto my friend.

If you like coffee, this is your place. Been to many funky coffee houses in my day, and they all have their charms, but the best coffee drinks are right here. They roast their own, and the staff is always very friendly. The pastries and desserts are as good as the coffee.

Great coffee and a great view of the river. Fun to watch the boats. We had delicious cappucino and a delicious pastry that was large enough to share. All this on a pleasant patio overlooking the river. The indoors is nice, too, with comfy seating and friendly atmosphere.

This is a conveniently located cafe with a lovely back deck overlooking the river and bridge. Perfectly positioned to pick up a coffee for a stroll down the street towards the marina at the opposite end of the street. The coffee was good, but not your craft coffee bar.

This local coffee house has excellent coffee and atmosphere. Located at the base of the bridge in Old Town Florence, it is located in an old auto mechanic shop. Beautifully converted into a sit down coffee house, its decore keeps subtle hints to the buildings past.

My favorite little coffee house.....even offered many years ago to come work here for FREE once I retired....! Delicious coffee, lively people, comfortable place. Sit down in front of the river, or in front of the fire if wet outside, and RELAX!

Great coffee shop. They restored an historic auto repair shop. Very cozy with an opportunity to sit around their wood stove. Also, an outdoor patio with beautiful views of the river, wherein one can catch boats passing. Very serene and charming.

I like my experience. I would definitely sit outside if you could. It has a vintage Coastal feel. I brought my entire family. We kick back for a while. The staff isnt the most friendly in the world but they were courteous.

Nice quirky coffee shop with a back patio overlooking the river. We enjoyed our snickers lattes and mini quiches. Not much of a selection of solid food here so dont plan on a big breakfast or lunch.

I really liked how comfortable and warm this place was. It seemed like it was packed with a lot interesting stuff, yet really comfortable at the same time. The coffee there was excellent as well.

Friendly staff and good drinks. I really like the back porch. It has a good view of the river and the building next door extends out a bit beyond the porch making a nice wind shield.

GREAT coffee, kind and considerate employees, beautiful deck on the Siuslaw River, clean bathroom and spacious conversation area, hood pastries if you get there early enough.

This place is great - not just for coffee but to sit inside or outside. The view of one of the best Conde McCullough historic Hwy 101 bridges is exceptional from their patio.
