I would encourage everyone to speed past this place or go back to Peak 6 for anything. The "groceries" are basically junk food. When I joked about how dry the firewood was (it is called the Hard Rain Cafe and is in a rain forest afterall) the owner went ballistic on me. He was so over-the-top mad I initially thought he was joking but when I realized he was serious (and unstable) I got the heck out of there. He quoted some percentages about how dry his wood was versus the standard but Id like to give him one: 100% of the customers you bully and tell to "go back to Seattle" wont come back and will tell others to avoid your store.

Hatten für unseren 25 feet RV , back in , ausreichend Platz ! Würden sofort wieder dort übernachten :) !!!

Worst experience in Washington. Stopped in for a coffee after hike with a long ride home, was greeted with rudeness, had to repete simple order 4 times and it was still wrong. I was told it would be 15 min for 4 coffees after waiting about 12 min I was told i had to pay again because I was only charged for 2 drinks, after waiting we where given our cups with no lids. It was the worst mocha and laté Ive ever had. If youre looking for a pit stop out of the rain forest just drive on by.

Great burgers but not great camping. Paid for 2 nights, but they only have about 10 spots, and not great for bigger rigs. Couldnt go around their loop due to trees, had to back it all the way out again. Parked in another spot, but power post was broken. Next spot same thing. Asked for money back to go somewhere else 15 minutes later, "no refunds" but credit for food given. Eat, yes. camp here, no.

Dilapidated. Just better than nothing on the way to/from Hoh Rainforest of the Olympic national park. Do not expect anything gourmet, just basic stuff available. Along with a small gift shop. Seasonal no-experience-needed kayaking and rafting tours can be booked here, pricey though. Accepts plastic money thankfully. Near the Peak6 adventure sports equipment shop. Enjoy the Sasquatch doll there.

I work at the hard rain cafe. We just renovated and reopened :D we are working towards carrying grocery items again and expanding our menu. I love meeting all the fun people that come in, and have made many awesome friends from all around the world because of working here :). Another reason i think this place is the best is Coffee! Who can say no to that right? :)

This café has great food!! Very cute little gift shop too. We ordered the salmon burger which was very tasty and juicy, the bacon burger was amazing and delicious, fries were good and onion rings were excellent! Very good service! Gentleman was very nice and friendly!! (he happened to be the same guy from the Forks gift shop too)

Just left there. Grill is supposedly open until 7 pm. Its aost 4:30. My husband was in line to order, reached the counter, and the kid said to him the grill is closed, it just shut down. We were the last ones in line. They took orders from the folks in front of us. We are well groomed people so what gives?!?! Wow! Rude!

The Hard Rain Cafe is a must stop. I had a student group from Minnesota and they were so helpful and friendly. They fed my hungry students delicious food with wholesome ingredients. I dont think we found better food in Seattle. We will miss you Hard Rain Cafe!

Awsome campgroumd with newer washroom and shower facilities. Nice sites with fire pits. We had a great quiet stay. Washrooms still need mirrors and maybe an outside light to light up the washroom area at night.

This could have been a good place, but they were out of everything. No ham, turkey, sprite, even bags for purchases. I will say that the huckleberry BBQ sauce was delicious!

Awesome, quiet, and good food. The staff is great. Chris was a great guy to meet. My wife 1st time camping in an RV. They had no problems with my dogs being there.

The Hard Rain Cafe is a must-see stop when visiting the Hoh Rainforest. Their burgers are great and they have the coolest souvenirs in the entire park.

Awesome! The Mount Tom burger is so amazing, a must have. Mine was prepared by the bald guy. Just ask them if youre in for a laugh. Great place!

The garden burger here is to die for.... very few places get their vegetarian burger right. This is defiantly one of them.

Stopped for coffee... It was ok, but unhelpful attitude of counter worker made it a less than optimal experience.
