I used to enjoy this pharmacy when it was ran by target, but since it has switched to cvs it has gone increasingly downhill. i usually need one or two prescriptions per week - so I am here often. With most of my RXs they frequently are always out of stock and need to order in. The cvs register system has crashed twice when I have tried to check out and they have forced me to return my medication and re-buy. They have given me the wrong medication before and upon realizing in my car they have told me since I walked away with it it was "my problem." They have told me a medication would be ready "tomorrow" without clarifying the time, and when I went to pick it up around noon it was not yet in. You can no longer buy target items at the pharmacy counter, including otc medications. The list goes on. They seem to care less and less about he customer experience since becoming cvs, and just are there to get the job done. A real pity for target. Avoid.

I switched from CVS-Emeryville because of low staffing practices adding to increased wait times and the practice of consistently not having medications on hand, inspite of being a monthly prescription on auto-refill. Now that they have taken over Targets more efficiently run pharmacy.....the same poor customer service has followed and is apparently company policy.

Ive really enjoyed the CVS in Target. The have helped me with my special ordered medications and always helpful to me with all my questions. The staff are quite friendly and knowledgeable. I would of given them a 5 stars but the automatic refill is not my favorite. Im sure they will work out the kinks in it.

terrible. terrible. faxed refill to wrong doctor. 2 wks no medicine. no followup. when called to track what is going on, they hangup phone 6 times and they were rude. had to call my doctor and find out they never received request for refill. I am very sick and do not need such aggravation.

found a few unknown pills in my refill of blood pressure medication. Looked them up online and they are for bipolar conditions. Glad I noticed and didnt take them by mistake!

So happy to have switched to this pharmacy from RiteAid. Hardly ever a line, totaly pleasant staff and a pharmacist who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
