I dont ever want to shop at this walmart ever again! The most worst customer service ever, I brought an 80 dollar printer and suspected some one stole it off of my cart and asked for the surveillance tapes to be reviewed. They said they seen me put it in my car and return a empty cart. their so full of it. i went down with an police officer and he said there was no way them cameras could even see my car. Even though it was my fault for leaving the device, It was very disturbing to be lied to from the store i spend hundreds at. The electronics section was a mess and one of the associates was ignoring the customers. I asked for help from the guy at the counter and he ignored me and other customers . I will never shop their ever again.federal way Walmart super center sucks, also they need better cameras especially in that area!

If I could give 1/2 a star, I would, and that, only because the first young lady that served me listened to my dilemma, took my information and said that it would probably be an hour because they had to call to get the prescription transferred and one of their pharmacists had just gone to lunch. I said, fine, and gave her my phone number to call me whenever it was ready. After 2 1/2 hrs I went back to see what the deal was and nothing had been done, the bottle was right where theyd left it 2.5 hrs earlier. Then to add insult to injury, they proceeded to charge me >$70 for 1 weeks worth of pills, and generics at that. This is not the first bad experience Ive had with Walmart pharmacy, and I should have know better. but never again!

This is a horrible store i did not even have to go inside which i have in the past to say i will never give them my business again because i was flat out lied to about an item i was really looking forward to getting this weekend a Funai vcr dvd recorder the deceitful woman told me they had then i called back to find out that they did not have it im extremely disappointed and upset with where this ignorant woman thinks she can get off lying to people and im very angry now as well as upset i swore obscenities at the guy in Electronics because of this horrible woman.

I had the best experience last week! Usually I hate getting anything done with my car. I always feel like I dont know what exactlly is going to happen to my car. When I went here, the guy (John Hart) was so professional and explained everything to me, so I understood. My car was even vaccuumed ... no really! I loved that I could shop while they were taking care of my car. I will tell all my friends to go see John when they need an oil change! Thanks! Veronica

Asked simple question at pharmacy. Guy sounded irritated , raised his voice and just simply had an overall disinterest in helping me. It left me dissatisfied and want to get out of his way ASAP as it sounds like he had more pressing tasks.

The slowest pharmacy I have ever been in. Ive been back and forth over and over and over. Dont get try to call, you will get hung up on or something else frustrating. I really dislike coming here

Everytime i call to ask a question i am hung up on mid sentence because they dont want to do their jobs. Incredibly rude, absolutely no bedside manners.
