Unfriendly and extremely rude manager ruined my positive opinion on Walgreens. From the start, the manager was harassing me, at first it s3emed just like she was doing her job by asking me if I needed any help, to which I replied no thank you! I got it. She pretty much decided to pop up on every isle I was browsing, just to scan one random item on the shelf and to ask me the same question again and again.... Really??? Can one shop and browse in peace??? When I was ready to pay for my item I was short on change and asked if she saw my friends leave already, to which she replied that my girlfriend had already left. I didnt come with a female friend! She then joined us at the pharmacy and told the pharmacist that the fdmale tried to use fake money and the police was already on their way. OK?? As I tried to exit the store she blatantly asked me empty out my pockets and leave the female cosmetics behind....Excuse me??? I dont steal! And if youre gonna accuse somebody you better be 100%sure!!! Which she wasnt! All she did was embarrass me in front of my friends and a whole slew of customers, couldnt even apologize! Instead she proceeded in insulting us some more by saying we werent allowed on the property and the police was coming, for the fake money that girl had used.... What did we have to do with that??? That wAs the worst and most embarrassing experience ever! I hope you get fired for your lack of professionalism and bad judgement. And most of all, failing to admit that you made a mistake and couldnt apologize! Thanks a lot Mayra, for the worst Walgreens experience ever, shame on you and shame on Walgreens for not training their management staff properly! Boo! Two thumbs down for you

I strongly recommend you avoid this store completely. The cashier was spaced out, and seemed to not care that he was working at all. I waited a good 15mins while they played price tag with the customer before me. I asked him, cant you just ring me up? His response was that he couldnt because he had already started to ring the customer before me. Makes no sense! I had one item, he could have clearly rung me up, in the time it took them to argue about correct prices. Never going there again! Avoid yourself the head-ache!

I called in with a question trying to find a hard to find bandaid, very specific about what I wanted, and the girl who answered the phone was very patient and sweet and even made the attempt to find it before I came in. It was a pleasure talking to someone who was willing to help when all too often today you simply get attitude. Thank you Savannah!

Kimberly was the first employee that was nice and helpful from this wallgreens. I would have rated this or higher but here the refrigerated drink section but smells like rotten food due to the unclean fountain drink machine which is no longer working

After a 4 hour drive from Vegas and forgetting to pack toiletries, the most absurd response you want to hear is "the bathrooms are closed for the night." A bathroom curfew in Downey is reason enough for me to go somewhere else. Ciao!

Cockroaches! We told an employee and pointed out several baby cockroaches scurrying across the floor and they replied they were only ants. Oh my god.
