CVS sucks and should be closed down since they have nothing good to offer their customers.. .. After years of satisfied service today I changed to Rite Aid . I had Neck surgery 2 years ago & require timely medications to control my ongoing pain Symptoms .. This week at CVS was horrible .. I went to Cvs 5 times and was only given partial refill cause my medication was not in stock. I was told go in next day all would be taken care of.. I was on telephone hold 2 hrsI went to Cvs was in line 45 min. was told their entire staff had walked out & only 2 people were there .. Shawn the pharmacist was so rude and said still not in stock .. & since he couldnt help me for me to get out if the line.. I told him NO I DEMAND customer service and since Id been there 5 times already the least he could do is call another Cvs .. Upon my insistence he called but no one could help.. He said go to another pharmacy. I went to Rite aid & they called CVS but no one answered .. Shawn did say he was not a receptionist .. My husband went back to CVS again 6th time & took the Rite Aid telephone # for Shawn to call them to Autho refill for me today waited in line 45 only to be refused proper service (a phone call needed for me to get my medication filled at rite aid !!! )

If i could give this place no stars i would. Been her a few times, each time no one is at the register. Always seem to get the same old lady ringing me up. Every. Single. Time. there is an issue. And this old lady is NOT sweet; i have to practically tell her how to do her job while she gives me attitude. The managers even seem to get frustrated at her lack of knowing how to do her job properly! She literally tried to humiliate me in front of the whole store because i asked about my cvs card coupons and why they werent being applied. Jokes on her tho cause once the manager came up, she was automatically capable of finding my coupons.. btw no freaking apology offered after all her rudeness, if anything she made excuses for herself and still was horrible after! Idk why they dont 1) hire more people & 2) just fire that lady!! Extremely disappointed in each and every experience ive had at this cvs. And it really takes alot for me to get frustrated at because i work in customer service too. Never coming here again and hope you guys never have an experience here as horrible as mine.

Very rude, unprofessional. The manager (most likely with the red shirt) does what he wants and in a very sarcastic throw it in your face way. Doesnt listen to a customers request and tricks in process of transaction. I had to go back and return everything, used up my coupon of 25% off on my next purchase of up to $99.00. When I asked for it back he said he used it already and could not return it. The smug look on his face and the fact that there was no employees at the front, but could sure hear me talking to a customer that had to go to the pharmacy to pay and was coming my way made me not want to go there again. Ignorance is minimal for most employees, maybe all and power trips for this so called manager who should lead by example even though it is just a drug store. I rather pay a little bit more and get better service so I went to Walgreens and Karma is awesome I bought what I needed and then I got a $10.00 off coupon on my next purchase of $35.00 and over. I love coupons and at least decent service :)

Elizabeth from customer service instantly greated us and pointed us to the exact Isle we were looking for. A register froze while we were in line. She came up to the front to help out, was so very pleasant and made the transition quick and painless! Loved the service!
