Manager and employees very uneducated about coupons. I went in a while back to buy some things with my coupons from the sunday paper. I read over and over about the coupons restrictions and I knew I had gotten the right item. As soon as I reached the register the coupon beeped. I asked the cashier why it did that and they said "I dont know" and I nicely asked for them to get their manager. He read the coupon and saw that everything was correct and then began to read the tiny tiny print on the coupon about the manufacture company and the address and came up with this horrible lie about oh well the coupon wont scan because....it just wont scan so we cant take it. I stood there and asked why and he said im sorry and took off. This walgreens needs to be trained on the coupons because its horrible how the manager couldnt even give me a full explanation why he wouldnt take my coupon and just walked away. Thats very poor customer service. I would recommend going to the one in bellflower,ca. theyre super awesome about the coupons and KNOW how to give explanations without walking away.

This lovely lady spent time with me, helping me decide what would be a good choice for a first cardigan. Shes not snotty and obnoxious like the employees of many other yarn stores who assume you dont know jack about quality yarn and arent willing to spend the money. And she doesnt ignore your presence! I love this woman! We chatted briefly about my babies, our kitties, and delightful yarn in her shop and because of her sweet approach-ability, I will definitely be back!

Is not what u say but how u say it, that goes to The MANAGER of this wallgreens, i didnt get his name but the asian guy, terrible costumer service, i guess he was not having a good day.
