I HATE when I have to go to this CVS. I buy lots of pictures through CVS online.. And only at this store do I get one problem after another. I prefer my pictures in matte so as soon as I confirm my order online I call the store to request that they switch the paper. All stores but this one can manage to accomplish this task.. All I hear are excuses why they werent able to do it. After the rude person answering the phone said they could. not only that but their picture quality is HORIBLE! And when i come to pick them up 2 hours after they said i could, Im still left waiting for them to finish the order. And i get to listen to the sales person huff and puff under her breath Luckily the pictures I printed were a test run for my daughters birthday. I also purchased 20 5"x7" valentines day collage which the pictures came out too dark.... Lesson learned I will either go in and print them at another store or wait the 5-7 day standard (cause this is the only store around me that has express pick up).... Overall comment horrible workers and horrible quality pictures

Rude, mean, disrespectful. I use coupons so of course they treat me like the antichrist. The manager Lacey was really nice to me so I called the customer service to let the company know. Ever since several employees have been extra rude. One guy Raul( I think that is his name) was working so I asked about some product and he actually said to me "I dont know.Why dont you ask Lacey, you know who that is right" Then another time same guy was checking me out and just started hollering at me saying I was using more then one card. Turns out he forgot to log out from last transaction and had my order rung up on the other customers order.

Really really bad service i went to buy tide pods and the manager/cashier gave me a lot of problems due to the fact that he said the 3 dollar off coupon did not work but never showed me which coupon did work.. instead he was rude and didnt jave all the answers.. never going back... funny thing is i went to another cvs in the neighborhood and that one did accept my coupons... so theres a doble moral at cvs... i think that the workers think that using coupons is wrong and think we are taking money from their paycheck...

The customer service is absolutely horrible. I was waiting for an employee to assist me for more than 15 minutes. I got impatient so I left. I never had an issue like this with any other CVS pharmacies. Either hire more people or close this place down before you start letting other cvs pharmacies look bad. I wish I could leave negative stars on this post. But one star is the lowest.

The pharmacy sucks. They would always give us problems but then one of the male pharmacists called to ask how my sister was doing and told us how to take the medicine so she wouldnt be in pain and kindly told her to feel better. Overall, great store just needs improvement on pharmacy.
