Had a horrible experience with the night crew, theyre racist towards African Americans and profile you as soon as you walk in the store. Since my rude encounter with the associates there is filed a complaint with corporate l. Well at least they contacted me back insuring me they will take care of the problem, only time will tell. One of the worst stores Ive ever been in. Any time of day it seems they have one register open, and a bunch of employees walking around doing nothing while a painstakingly slow line forms. Its nice that they are open 24 hours, but the guy working the graveyard shift just creeps me out. Their pharmacy is no different. They drag their feet on prescriptions, which is unacceptable. Expect to wait in the pharmacy line for pickups and their staff treats you like an idiot. This is one of the most poorly managed stores Ive ever encountered and I hate every time Ive ever been there.

`Usually they have long lines here and the people are USUALLY nice but man i went yesterday to the pharmacy and those woman even the person in charge (she wasnt in uniform) treated me like im so stupid she mumbled stuff as she walked away, they still havent called about me about my Meds overall it was the WORRRST SERVICE EVER i left in such a bad mood those women ESPECIALLY the person in charge should have better customer service! and a name tag would help!

Ron, who used to work at the CVS on Sierra Madre, got promoted! Woo hoo! Thats great to hear, esp. since he seems like a good & helpful person. Hes always been courteous whenever I have any questions about where things are in the store.
