There is a particularly bad problem I’ve had at this CVS by the Traffic Circle in Long Beach. On two occasions they gave me half the amount of medication I am supposed to get. Only 30 pills instead of 60. It was a surprise the first time I ran out two weeks later. They did give me the rest, the bottle even said 60 pills though it could barely fit 30 inside. The second time I knew right away that they were short changing me by only giving me 30 pills instead of 60. They were nice enough when getting me the rest of the medicine, but I should not have to ask them to give me what I am prescribed. If this does happen a third time, I will never return to a CVS. This is a serious problem, how many other people have they given less than what they are prescribed. Seriously bad business practices. They never cared to investigate the problem. It just happened again.

Since the remodel of this store, it has been severely understaffed! There has never been a wait shorter then 30 minutes. Its a 24 hour pharmacy, you would think they would staff it as such. Oh, and if your wanting friendly service while you wait, dont get your hopes up!! Its clear they are so over worked and deal with unhappy waiting clients all day, its as if they dred the next client to walk to the register. Not that cvs cares, I need to find another pharmacy, its so unfortunate I live right across the street and its so convenient, but not!! I come here one a month to pick up the same medication. Not sure I have wait so long!! The time it took me to write this there has been a continues line. More then 2 staff members are needed to care the customs, answer the phones and take care of the drive threw!!!

My doctor had to call in 3 times and was out on hold for 15 minutes or more each time. They pick up the phone to put you on hold again. The pharmacy staff is rude and extremely slow. My doctors staff was so upset after talking to their female pharmacist that they called my prescription into a different pharmacy. My prescription was not a narcotic but was a medication for a severe allergic reaction. It was after office hours so the doctors staff was trying to provide urgent care . I ll never go to the pharmacy here again. Unprofessional and extremely rude. And their stock is expire many many times. Make sure u check the expiration dates if you buy anything here. All in all a negative experience.

I really like this cvs! They are very efficient in sending out reminders to let me know about a prescription that needs to be picked up. The staff is really helpful. Sometimes, theyre kind of monotone in the way they help, but if you are kind to them they smile and lighten up a bit. Very helpful and informative on their prescriptions so that is really good. I dont really shop inside, just go through the drive through to pick up stuff because I have two kids. And I am always helped within 5 minutes or less while waiting at the window so that is great service to me.

The f****** piece of s*** manager has his employees follow people around the store as soon as they get in the store. They told me to leave if Im not going to buy anything after 2 minutes in the store acking like I was going to steal something. I did buy something and if there wasnt the only ones open I would have never spent one dime there at CVS

Always out of everything. If you need pain meds they make you feel like a druggie and wont have those in stock either.
