This CVS does wonderful photos so I decided to take a trek here instead of my usual walgreens. I also needed some prescriptions, and decided to make my life easy. Since this is a 24 hour store first time I went, was about 9pm. I needed a little help with the photo machine, and asked the person behind the booth. He waved me away, annoyed, and told me to wait as if *I* was interrupting him. So I waited. He walked away, went to have a mini meeting, all the while I stood there, and continued to ignore me. He then went to the check out and started helping people there. I was never served by him, instead another staff who happened to walk pass after about ten minutes helped me. I was making a photo book and spent a long time there. I heard the same staff talk behind my back, "Shes still there, I cant believe it, how long does it take?" and laughed. The next day i came to pick up the photos. AGAIN, I stood at the photo booth waiting while the staff tended to the check out ignoring me. It took so long, I grabbed a coke and read a magazine. I had a few questions and found them rude. This has NEVER happened at Walgreens, they always ask me to wait and come promptly. The third time I went, I had my son with me, so I called ahead. I asked the pharmacy to check and pack my medication, a genetic. I also had a new prescription, they said I had to take it in before the would fill it. (Walgreen will take a call in) I called in again, and they said they could make sure they had that medication on hand for when I came in. Nothing was prepared nor did they have the medication I needed. I am leaving on a trip. Luckily I still had a few days. When i went to the photo booth. AGAIN no one manning it. This time I made an effort and alerted the check out counter, that I was waiting. They all kept ignoring me. In fact as more people lined up who came after me, they continued to serve them. The check out I talked to asked another staff to help me. He literally shock his head and ignored the request. At that point I finally lost my temper, and told them it was unacceptable, and that was THEN they served me. I found the deputy manager to tell him I was unhappy and he wouldnt even look me in the eye or answer me until I called him by his name. I love the photos there, but I just cant believe the level of service. I am back at Walgreens and still dont have any complaints. The staff is polite, the pharmacy efficient. You really feel they try their best.

Awful Pharmacy. I have used this pharmacy several times and each time staff is terrible. They are rude, disorganized, and lie. I had a prescription refill that I called in. I programed the automated refill line to have the medication ready 24 hours later after Noon. I went in at 3pm to get the refill. Tech told me it wasnt ready yet, but they would have it ready within the hour. So I walked around the store for an hour then went back up only to learn they were sold out of the medication. How can they not know that? Could they not call me at home to tell me that when they saw the refill order? Honestly this is the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. BTW, no apology from the tech for not having it, not telling me, and making me waste an hour waiting for something she never checked on. I transferred the scrip to Wallgreens not that the staff at CVS gives a hoot. Hourly employees dont care about service because they get paid regardless of how they treat people. I urge everyone to use a different pharmacy so this one will get the message they need to treat their customers better.

La mayoria de los empleados son despotas. Son unas basura de empleados no atienden bien y si cometes el error de llevar. Mas de un coupon k la misma tienda emite los cajeros te mal atienden o de plano no te kieren cobrar Eh tenido dos veces la misma experiencia una vez con un empleado tan grosero de nombre NIMROD y ya esta ultima vez fue uno de nombre GEORGE. No vuelvo a ir a esta locasion de CVS. Debo mencionar k solo dos empleados de esta locasion son amables y profecionales sus nombred son MARIO y JOSE. Solo ellos dos son amables .

Un cajero de nombre NIMROD Maltra a los clientes No vuelvo a esta locasion , Pues nadie va a negocio a k lo traten mal y todavia te hace sentir k vas a pedir regalado. Yo soy un cliente y pienso k es mi derecho Ser tratada con respeto. No voy a ir a un lugar a dejar mi dinero endonde me maltraten si el señor no tiene paciensia o no esta capacitado k renuncie, Pero k no mal atienda a los clientes.

You never know what will be on tap at this barn sized place. Some of the people in the pharmacy are nice, some were not. But the quality of service seems to be on an uptrend lately in the pharmacy at least. Before, there was a crew in there that were among the worst Ive ever encountered. Theres a facility for the homeless across the railroad tracks that are on the west side of this big box, and the idgets that worked there were terrified that I might be one of them (this was at night). Security guards looked you over as you entered and the atmosphere was one of a concentration camp run by trolls. Best not to go there at night.

For a while now I have not felt safe while shopping at this CVS and after this weeks robbery I can now say that I will no longer shop here. I will no longer shop here not just because of the robbery but because they no longer have a security guard. I dont blame the employees who work there I blame CVS the company for not providing a safe place for their shoppers.

Awful.... Pharmacy staff rude with the exception of a scant few. Waited hours and hours to be told it would be in the morning or the next day. Drive up wait just as long...Dont go here unless you have packed a lunch and have a good book.

Sabrina was great! There coupon machine was giving me trouble and she helped me as soon as she saw me. I also left the store without one of my items and called and she already and it put aside thanks!
