To Claudia from Frustrated Customer Worst Service ever i had in walgreens, I went for the photo she (Claudia----> Lead for photo lab) behaves so rude. even she didnt responding properly when you are in store. while customer was in front of them but still she talking over her mobile with some non customers.... I am saying to walgreens people dont put these kind of ladys in the walgreens it willl effect entire customer relationship... i called so many times she left, finally after half an hour one guy came and done the job.

Hung up on me in the middle of the conversation because she thought the question was answered, but didnt ask, or bother to continue filling the prescription. Definitely not a "disconnect". Called back, and the guy asks to put me on hold because other customers are ahead of me, I say "no, because I was just on the phone and the lady hung up on me before I was done placing my order" and ... Hold music. Pharmacys customer service is crap. Make sure they give you the right meds.
