1. We went to CVS Pharmacy at Beverly Blvd. & La Cienega this pm after visiting Urgent Care dated 11/7/2016...Very Poor Costumer Service. We felt ignored & discriminated 2. My friend went to pick up her BP Medication after visiting Cedars Urgent Care for Hypertension. 3. We went to CVS to pick up her meds & mine at 1545 PM. The manager said that there is no medication for my friend in the computer & he even phoned urgent care. He promised to call them again. We waited & waited... 4. We phoned urgent care again & gave the manager the Urgent Care Doctors number. 5. We stayed for another 45 mins,but no calls were made. And because my friend is already c/o of severe headache probably due to high BP. I had to approach the manager to ask for a follow up response 6. The manager said he phoned Urgent Care already, but didnt tell us, while we were waiting for more that 1 hour. 7. We waited for another 10 mins, but to our dismay, we had to call Urgent Care again & they denied getting another call from the CVS manager. So the CVS manager lied to us. Urgent Care claimed that the prescription was faxed already 8. Unfortunately we were at the CVS from 1545 till 1715. For sick people waiting that long.. its not very comfortable. ISSUES & CONCERNS: 1.Dont let your costumers wait for long hours. Its not a pleasant feeling, especially when you really feel so sick. Send them home instead & call them when meds are ready. 2. Dont lie. Its totally unacceptable especially from a CVS manager (Mr. Chad Tamasriro). 3. Dont tell us youre busy. All of us have our own busy moments at work. At least talk to your costumer for an update. Dont tell us "you got your prescription now! What are you complaining about"

This is the worst cvs or any pharmacy Ive ever been to. They huge lines constantly with slow and rude service. Every time I call I get put on hold for twenty to thirty minutes. Then this last week I dropped off a prescription and they didnt have it in stock they ordered it told me it would arrive the next day I called the next day after a thirty min wait I was told on the phone that it was there I went there and all of a sudden they didnt have it nor did they have a record of me ordering it so after no apology or explanation I had to reorder it only to wait now 2 more days when I was going to be out of my meds that night. These people we lazy and rude for the most part w the exception of one young lady who did go out of her way for me to save me money. Do not come here

I live across the street from this CVS. This is a predominately Jewish area, yet CVS does not have appropriate Chanukah merchandise. Every year, since CVS took this over from Longs, Ive complained about this recurring phenomenon. There are asles of Christmas "stuff" and the end of one isle is the token Chanukah "stuff". Chanukah is in 3 weeks, while Christmas is in 7 weeks, but that doesnt mean anything. There is no wrapping nor ribbon, nor tags; only some candles, candy bowls and a couple of foil decorations. Bad store management and bad corporate attitude.

I have never waited less than 10-15 minutes to pick up my prescription at the pharmacy here. They never have enough staff to serve the line of customers with only one person on the register most of the time. If you can find another pharmacy close to you, go there. Unfortunately its my closest. CVS also bombard you with automated texts and phone calls about various medications/flu shots etc etc. Ive taken to changing my number and not giving it to them to stop the multiple daily calls from them. Just generally bad!

Ive stood in a two-person pharmacy line for half an hour; walked in to find the line two dozen people long; called and been left on hold for twenty minutes, only to hang up and call back to be left on hold for another twenty minutes, only to be told the store is closing; been pleaded with multiple times by pharmacists that the place is understaffed. The staff is perfectly friendly under trying circumstances; thus the 2 stars.

Very disappointed in the pharmacy experience. The young lady who took my prescription initially said they would need to contact my doctor to have it approved, only to find out that was wrong information after I took it upon myself to call my insurance. I ended up waiting nearly 2 hours, and she never even acknowledged her error. I have visited this pharmacy before with mediocre service, but will surely not return again.

so u know when u want somthing and u ask a woman at the counter softly so u dont get embrassed thinking ok shes a woman shell understand easy peasy ..nope she looked at me and said where what ..what are u looking for i thought come on so in a loud voice and pointed go to aisle 3 thsts where woman stuff is like why couldnt she listen to me.how embrassin. please woman pharmacy people listen to us instead of pointing

Good service always have things in stock. Staff is friendly although they are short staffed at the moment they are trying their best to give good quality customer service. Dont believe what these other people are saying except for the parking its atrocious. Youll end up waiting ages for a parking spot here

An extremely large CVS for the area. However, it was the worst parking as well. People are coming and going and fighting for spots, its a pretty terrible set up. Store was a little dingy though, and had few items per each item, so not a lot to choose from.

Lines usually long - be aware it says 24 hour, but it is not - week days open till 10 pm / Sat open till 6 pm / Sunday does not open till 10 am and closes 6 pm
