I give this Walgreens my same rating as Ive given any other - lousy customer service. The Pharmacy never seems to have even the most commonly-prescribed medications, and the standard answer is It take a week to get it! - when most mom and pop pharmacies have the same the next day (most of these smaller pharmacies also deliver prescriptions - something youll NEVER encounter in ANY Walgreens!); for the most part, the drive-through windows are inefficent - it can take twenty minutes or longer just to get service at some (and, for the most part, these staffers are the rudest youll ever encounter) - if Walgreens is going to offer these, then at least adequately staff them (with staff trained in customer service!). Walgreens has gotten much too large to care about its customers; few staffers will ever know you by name, most have many different Pharmacists on duty so the customer never knows any by name - consequently, Ive come to the conclusion Ill not be using ANY Walgreens no matter how closeby they might be.

Terrible service. Was there yesterday to pick up my RX. They said last time it was refilled the store i filled it at last entered the wrong info about the supply days. She made an attempt to call "corporate" but then said oh they are closed. We will call in the morning. Seemed like doing her job was a huge inconvenience. It was 2:30 in the afternoon. Ok so maybe east coast time. Called at 7am this morning and first the pharmacist says. Nobody mentioned it. You have to call after 9??? Um wtf? This is ridiculous. They made the error and are in no hurry to fix it. Not an ounce of concern. smh. Update. So the staff kept saying corporate has to fix it. So i called them and they let me know that was wrong. The rep called the store and said wow he was so rude to me! So yeah the staff there isnt a happy bunch. Wont be back to this store after today.

Never mind they cant find your prescription, THAT THEY MAKE THE DOCTOR PHONE OVER AND OVER LIKE IN SOME THREE STOOGES ROUTINE ! They are clueless and as lazy as they come. Its like talking to 5 Alzheimer victims who are locked in isolation booths ! My doctors office had to phone FOUR TIMES just to get them to recognize an order was placed. Forget Ive been going there for years, each time is like I am from another planet. Once they even accused me of "washing" a prescription so I walked down the street and had the same prescription filled by CVS . NOW WOULD YOU REALLY WANT PEOPLE WITH MEMORIES THIS SHORT TO FILL DANGEROUS DRUG PRESCRIPTIONS ? Im transferring my prescriptions to CVS !

Horrible, the service is the worst I have ever seen....I have never rated a company....but I HIGHLY suggest you never take your business here. The people that work the counters in this pharmacy are rude, rude rude....I changed to another pharmacy. I only wish I would of did it sooner..Ive used this pharmacy because it was close but Ill drive a little bit further to another pharmacy and couldnt be happier. They need to change their helpers at the counter or their going to lose business. Their not worth one star...I know Im venting but Ive watched them treat people and have been treated rudely tooo many times not to post my opinion of this pharmacy.

Nice people however - I have now been on the phone literally and hour and a half waiting - was hung up on twice and I cannot get thru - wtf? The recording said I was call 4 then call three then call two and then one yea of me...that was 45 minutes ago - now the recording says, "Sorry - our staff is answering other calls..." Huh? What happened to calls 4, 3, 2 and 1???? They need more people or a beer system for sure as I have now watched and entire hour long tv show and half of another simply waiting - REALLY?????!!!! I cant wait to go back to my reg pharmacy but sadly it got flooded. This truly bites.

Everytime I try to get a prescription filled there it turns into a huge production. Everyone there is lazy and operating on a different planet. I would never go there again. They tell me my prescription will be ready in an hour and then 2 days later they say they lost the prescription. Then I had a problem with a prescription from my doctor so they said they would call my doctor and take care of it. I waited 20 days before I found out they hadnt done anything even though I called them 5 times in between to check on the status. Save your time and energy and go somewhere else!

I wouldnt normally write a review but I just received some excellent service at Walgreens tonight. I went to 2 different Rite Aid stores in Sherman Oaks and Valley Village trying to get passport photos taken. At both stores the photos came out badly. Went to Walgreens to see if they even offer this service. The assistant manager, Angel, said no problem and went to work with a far better camera and printer. He helped me adjust the photos when needed and they came out beautifully. Then to top it off, right at the end he also gave me a great discount. Top quality service!

Im torn. I like Walgreens, and this location has served me well for various Walgreens type needs, but last night I had a pharmacy pickup to do and I couldnt believe how right the other reviews were. The pharmacy line was super long even when no one else was shopping in the store. They had like 3 people working but only 1 was at the desk, then after waiting a long time they didnt have the right version of what I needed. Needless to say Ill be changing my pharmacy location next time.

I called before I drove out and I was told that they do passport photos. I drive out and tell the guy at the counter that Im there for a passport photo and he calls one of his associates to come and help. Once she gets to the counter she tells me they dont do photos after 12. Most frustrating experience to be told no after all that. Also, please post on your website what time your services stop, it would be beneficial to the customers.

I am a very regular customer. Not by my own choice. It seems and feels like the more i shop here. They resent me more and more. Ive had it. I was asked by my mother in- law to return to a purchase of $4.99. I have her CASH receipt.The cashier Dior R. "Tried" scanning my receipt. Tells me it wont scan. Its new. Bottom line I walk out feeling like a louse. Still have in laws purchase. So rude. Its my job, blah blah. Terrible.

the pharmacy is a joke during the day. never answer their phone. one time I was on hold for 2 hours and drove there while on hold. the lady was eating burger king sitting on the counter. So I waited one more hour as I watched the line behind me pile up in the drive up window. Finally the lazy girl got off her butt to serve me. I asked her why she never picked up the phone. she said did not get paid enough for that.
