I had a very important medicine I needed to start taking right away. As I was working that day, my girlfriend offered to get the medicine for me. We were having issues getting it transferred. The pharmacist offered to call the other pharmacy and my doctor. There was issues reaching them. The last time my girlfriend came by to check the pharmacist was on her break and said that she forgot to call. I would understand if it was not stressed that this was a life threatening situation, but it was. Finally, my girlfriend had to go to work and I called the previous pharmacy that said transferring would be no problem. Its a good thing I got off work early enough to go pick it up. But Wallgreens lost my trust.

I met the manager of the store and I can say this guy did not want to help at all. After threatening to call 911 because I received a counterfeit 100$ bill he refused to change it even though it had all just happened??? The manager just goes back to his office quiet not saying a word while I raise a storm....thankfully a cashier saw my dillemna and replaced the counterfeit bill, I was this close to calling police after the manager refused to do anything. He didnt even say his name or have a nametag. Horrible management, will never go here again. PS. Watch out for counterfeit bills here, it has happened to me and they want to just pass them off and let you be on your way

For the most part I have had good experiences with this pharmacy. They get in touch with my insurance quickly and order my hard to get medication so its there by the time I have to re fill. A few misunderstandings, but far less than any other pharmacy in Santa Monica and the Valley.

Id give it zero stars if I could. These people not only discriminate against people with disabilities they lie, violate HIPAA and dont give a rats ass about locals and people in general. The pharmacist is completely psychotic and the manager is a lying POS

It is always empty and a no one is around to help at all. Service is absolutely terrible. Cant find staff at counters or anyone to help check out, and theres is always a line to wait to check out because no one seems to be paying attention.

I think theyre all great there. Super friendly and knowledgeable!! Im sorry to see so many bad reviews for this pharmacy. And they dont have long lines like the other pharmacies in the marina

Service is usually slow (for store, cant speak for pharmacy). However the store is clean, expansive, and well stocked. They also have a pretty good clearance section of random items.
