I have been a customers for 20 years and find this local store to be friendly, accommodating and offer the best service in all departments. The post office is wonderful, with the regular woman always giving the best options on how to ship for less. I think the reviewer might have been interacting with her lunchtime replacement. Because it certainly wasnt the regular woman. The other department I love is cosmetics. The women there knows it all and can make the best recommendations in seconds flat! Oh yes they DELIVER. Such a great convenience when you are sick in bed and need the prescription or the cough syrup or even some vitamins to make you feel better. AND its FREE. Try getting that out of CVS.

I have never had so much issue with a Pharmacy in my whole life. It takes forever to get my prescription. The hours of operation is not at all convenient. I thought I would get more personal, friendly service. The front girl, person that answers the phone is very RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY. I said "Good Morning" twice and all she said is " what can I do for you, I have long line". She would never be able to work at a 5 Star hotel with her personality. They need to get rid of her!!!!!!!!!

My boyfriend and I have been to Maxsons Drugs many times over the years. Maxsons has everything that you need, a pharmacy, lots of gift items, greeting cards, cosmetics, etc. They also carry many different items that you can not get anywhere. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I do believe that you get the best service when you go to an independently owned establishment, so that is why Maxsons is our drugstore of choice.

Ive been coming here for about fifteen years. The service used to be a lot nicer but the girls who have been working the pharmacy register the last couple of years are nasty and unfriendly. They treat you as if you are something the cat dragged in. I picked up a prescription today and this will be the last time I darken their doorstep. Theres no reason for me to drive 4 miles to be treated this way. Goodbye, Maxons.

My family and I have been happy, satisfied clients of Maxsons Drugs for several years. We have always received great customer care and wonderful attention to details. Think of this place as a one-stop-shop where you can pick up over-the-counter toiletries and other items, make up and even a gift or two. Theres also delivery service which we take advantage of very often. Couldnt be more pleased !

If you are tired of chain drugstores head to Maxsons. I have been a customer for several years and have always had personal service from people who are knowledgeable and friendly. Ellis, the pharmacist and owner is behind the counter most times Ive been in. I can fill my prescriptions, buy makeup, and mail my packages all in one place. They also have great gift items.

Just trust me, its not worth getting treated with such disrespect and harsh attitude. Go to a real post office and the line will move much faster. And if you need to quickly fill out a form, they wont send you to the back of the line like the Nurse-Ratched-of-a-Clerk who works solo and so slow at Maxsons ALL the time. Avoid this annex, avoid her.

Maxsons will give you the treatment CVS and those other chain stores lack..personal attention and no long lines. I have been a customer of Maxsons for many years and have always had the best service, rarely had to wait and treated nicely by the friendly staff. They also have a great gift shop and a nice selection of cosmetics, see Gina!

I respectfully disagree with the first reviewer. The woman who runs the post office has always been a delight towards me. Its very comforting, walking in, and seeing familiar faces throughout the store. It feels homelike, and that I am cared about.

Im so thankful to have a local neighborhood drug store AND post office all in 1 The days of endlesssly waiting in line at CVS are long gone. I have never had to wait more than 5 -10 minutes and the staff is super friendly.
