Serious attitudes!!! Not only have I had a problem every time I have gone there, whether it is an insurance mistake theyve made, or just a misunderstanding in general, the overall attitude of the so far, 2 pharmacists I have dealt with, were very unforgiving and unkind! When I KNEW a mistake with my co-pay arose, I asked them to please re-run it, and she said no, insisting was right. I was extremely tired and just recently had surgery, so without the need for any arguments, I just said I would take my scrip elsewhere. This is the second time I have done this to receive an attitude of "Fine, get out, we dont need you" back. Her attitude, just like the supposed manager I spoke to last time, was snippy, superior and just plain rude. I took another breath, asked nicely for her to try what I suggested, and just like the last time, it went through and was indeed the problem I was trying to tell her it was. Then the apologies emerged, but it didnt matter at that point. I just dont need this. I only went there in the first place because I am recovering from surgery and it is closer than the pharmacy I have been going to for years. Now I see the theres no value in trying to save a few miles. I will definitely not go back.

The people in the MDR Pharmacy are professional, efficient, compassionate, and friendly. I have never waited more than 10 minutes for a prescription. Most importantly, they get to know their clients/customers. When I walk in they greet me by name and if there is something there for my wife, they will include it with my own prescriptions at checkout, even if I did not know there was anything there for her. (This always scores major points with the Mrs.) The bad reviews I have read are absurd. These are hard-working folks who know what they are talking about and care about their patients. In fact, I found this place because I used to live on the Marina Peninsula; I have now moved down to Redondo Beach and still drive all the way up there to the marina to get my prescriptions filled because of how great this pharmacy is.

I just started using this pharmacy, as my neurologist moved right next door. Not only do they usually have most of the medication I need in stock, if they do not they are quick to get it for you. I dont understand why people use chain pharmacies, with all the impersonal care.....but having a serious illness like I do, they know me by name already, and are knowledgeable about the care I need in my condition....they dont judge me for being on the schedule 2 meds I need, as chain pharmacies do....my doctor just moved in next door and they already know him. I live on the other side of town and still choose to use this pharmacy.

Please stay away from the large woman named Angel, she will gouge you on the prices, never smiles, glares at you up and down so you dont feel welcome! I do not feel sorry for her, She looks so unprofessional with her hair half red, to old to be wearing this style. She clearly has a problem. This is all to bad, I am a cash patient. I will not be going back because of this woman, that makes you feel so uncomfortable! My advice get rid of her, your pharmacy will be a much more happy place! You will gain a lot more patients! Goodbye Angle, forever!

Not sure what the bad reviews are about. Ive never been treated with anything but kindness there. They are efficient, friendly and professional. I rarely write a review but had to speak up here. You can wait on your prescription and usually have in in 10 minutes or less. I highly recommend them over any chain out there.

Marina Del Pharmacy is the best! I cant say enough nice things about them. Everyone is friendly efficient and awesome. If they know you are in a hurry or waiting they will do their best to get you in and out quickly!! They also deliver in the Marina which is absolutely awesome! I love MDR pharmacy :)))

Very kind and efficient, I have never encountered a problem and parking is validated. I prefer going there than CVS pharmacy, which is always a wait and never have the information correct even after being a customer for 20 years.
