I used to get my prescriptions filled at CVS. I switched to Walgreens on Anza when I moved to Torrance and was pleased with the customer service I received, it was much more friendly and personable. I have recently relocated to this Walgreens location because its closer to my home and unfortunately, I am in the same boat as I was with CVS. The customer service at this location is less than friendly. I wrote it off as a bad day for the staff, however, when I returned another day it was the same unsatisfying experience. From someone whos worked in customer service for 3+ years, the customer should never feel like theyre bothering you with their requests, questions or help, thats what youre there for. Seriously considering switching to Ralphs or Target pharmacy.

Idk why I come to this one. I guess because its closest w/ a drive through but I also go to cvs. Literally got told itd be 30 minutes and waited and when I went up he couldnt even find me in the system and says 2 hrs. Come back 2 hrs later and they hand me back my prescription saying they dont have it in stock and that they cant fill it for 2 more days because of date on it. Cvs always gives me a 3 day window. Plus they had all my wrong info and scribbled it all over my prescription and w/o confirming and confused the crap out of cvs when I brought it to them.

Kai remy really u gonna say u went there for the bath room and give them a one star for that. First thing its been proven that u cant get an std from sitting on a toilet. Also its people like you who come in and out just for the bathroom and nothing else that turn it that way. Theres no way the employees could keep up. The staff is usually pretty helpful. If they cant give u the exact answer they will usually get somebody that can. Nice place

I had to use the restroom at this location and I have never seen a bathroom this dirty. The toilet is broken and the overall cleanliness of this bathroom can be considered a serious health risk. I wish I could attach pictures here, but you would expect a 14.7 billion dollar company has professional cleaning personal especially being a drugstore. "Walgreens On the corner of happy and STD?"

this walgreens in the best in the south bay. I was there on Friday august 25 and lost 4 sd cards with a lot of pictures. if anyone has found them outside the parking lot can you please return them to the walgreens. I have looked every where and Im sure I lost them on the parking lot around 1:30 . thank you
