Store refused to acknowledge or even discuss having sold me an imperfect item, claiming a policy of not accepting return of wearable items [rubberized underpants from Essential Medical Supplies, called "1 PANT QUICKSORB MD PULLON, $12]. A 5/8 inch cut/tear/blemish was noticed by the care giver when opening the package. I understand and agree with not accepting return of worn clothing, but the arrogance of being unwilling to listen to a complaint of having been sold damaged goods is unprofessional and insulting.

New ownership. Owners name is samia witch and her one member of staff (some black guy) are rude and vile. The old owner was way better. Who wants to go somewhere where they treat people like that? I sure wouldnt, I can link you to way better people who treat people right.
