Very bad service. It took me 15 min to find someone to help me in the lighting department. Then to be told thats not their department. The clerk called someone to help, then disappeared. Waited another ten minutes, then decided to go to the front desk. The clerk at the front desk called somebody and told me there will be a clerk waiting for me in the lighting department. Went back to the lighting department, of course there wasnt anyone there. Upset I left the store and drove to Lowes in LB town center. Found someone right away, he answered my questions and I bought the lighting in needed. I go to this store because it conveniently close to me home. I still go for small things I dont need any help with. Anything major I suggest Lowes in the LB Town center.

What a bunch of Scary A$$ LPs and security here! The gurad parked his lil cart across from us and didnt move. We were harassed because our NEWLY PURCHA$ED Truck had paper plate$ lol. $o they were all over us to see if we would $teal $omething .they were even more ready when my HOMEDEPOT gift card was empty LMAO hahaha. This lame LP with headphones stood by our register to intimidate us. PlEASE! Im glad you wasted your time with us.. Sorry to disappoint all of you but we are not gona steal fu!@#ing oil and a 98cent bin!!! Really?? To top it off they called the police on us because they are little bit&^%s. I was pulled over down the street but guess what? They let me go because we didnt do sh!+..Good luck catching those bad guys. .

The staff is a little friendly, but the service is pretty bad. I ordered online to pick up in store. I got an email saying my order was ready for pick. So, there i go. I have to wait in the customer service desk 15 minutes before anyone decides to get close and ask if anyone is helping me. Then, they cant find my order...long story short. i waited 1 and 30minutes for them to tell me the order is not complete and they will cancel the items that are missing. even though it said the store had 136 in stock. Turns out they didnt know what they were looking for. Shopping in store? Dont ask if they have spider plants because NO ONE knows what that is..I found them on my own...Any who, again friendly staff...really bad service

When i went to Home Depot, i took about a little less than 15 minutes to buy something and when i went back out my truck was gone, a truck that i have paid and worked hard on. The manager seemed not to care at all she was just like whatever i had come from Nevada to enjoy my weekend and ended up with no car. Besides my cousin who lives in Southgate had gotten his car stolen in the same store a week before. the manager does not deserve to be what she is she has given the worst service ever!

My fiancé and I have been traveling back and forth to this Home Depot while remodeling our backyard. Laura, was working at the Customer Service Desk today and was extremely helpful. She went and grabbed some bags of mortar for us while we were picking up our pebbles and paint! She was extremely helpful with our whole transaction. Also, the gentlemen brought a pallet out to our car AND helped us load our vehicle! We will definitely be back!

I stop by to purchase air compressor at home depot in Downey which they had 3 in stock according to online website . I ask for help the home depot employee verify they had 3 in stock. But was told he couldnt sell me one because he had to go look for it and his supervisor instructed him only the night shift takes care of that. Very confuse I was there to buy and was told no. I never had that happen at any other home depot.

Im so disappointed, they have very poor security ..with only 10 cars in the lot my car got broken into .I go to work and provide for my family and my car not even safe while I work for a big major company ...I lost so much ...damage to my car , all my personal info registration ect...my kids blankets and my I phone 7 so sad ....my kids sports equipment. ..that I work so hard to get for my kids...

Very UNSATISFIED! I went in to purchase a refrigerator and was told it would be delivered within 1 wk.. That was ok. I receive my so called NEW FRIDGE AND TO MY SUPRISE IT HAD 2 BIG DENTS!! I asked for replacement.. They said ok another wk or we can refund bk $100 ... I wanted my NEW fridge with NO. DENTS! Next fridge came 1 wk later.. No dents.. Ok great!!

Sucks that I have to go to this one since its so closes to home, but they have HORRIBLE service...wait!! NO service!! When I pushed the service button, I had to leave because twenty minutes later and seven pushes no one ever showed up to help even though there was people nearby stocking new merchandise. Really bad service. Had a loaner washer machine and they installed it and ruined our kitchen floor while moving it. They just pretended like they didnt do anything. Oh im calling money to give them an ear full. My washer machine wasnt even fixed still broken. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES THERE!!!! THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY IS WORSE, ASH!!!

I been coming to this store for years they broke in to my working truck in front of the security guy something fishy there I when inside the store for complaint and they straight told me you are parking at your own risk sometimes people come and spend thousands of dollars and you gonna tell not even our cars are safe... SMH...

Horrible customer service & return policy!!! Home Depot was not able to return my money or give me store credit because I paid with multiple gift cards? They should had advised me about this when I made the purchase so I could pay in cash. Now Im stocked with a $200 new unopened kitchen faucet that I dont want.

Well, its another Home Depot. They have everything you can think of but dont expect to get any help. I am always at a Home Depot so I can find things with out any help from the staff. If you are a home owner go somewhere else. Lowes is great but there too little of them and far between.

Home Depot in general has a bad reputation for customer service but I found this particular store to be very good. Staff was friendly knowledgeable and available . Huge huge parking lots and lots of handicap parking. Restroom clean everything very orderly and floor clean .

Was able to locate the majority of items I shopped for except one. I asked nearby associates and was told what isle it should be down if carried. This response took me by surprise because it was a Pumice Stone and, if a grocery store carries it, I would think Home Depot did...

If you need help to find something that u wan to purchase, well GOOD LUCK. They make wait for a less 45min to get help, door department, let me laugh first you will never get help at all, it seem like the people from that department are always on vacation.
