First and last time at this store. Had the worst experience. It was near closing on 3/24/15. The line was 20 ppl deep. The woman who I later found out was the manager was just standing around letting ppl wait in line like it was the holidays. When its finally my turn the cashier has an issue because I had an online return and there were no tags. She said she had to call the manager. The manager comes over she doesnt smile, doesnt greet me, doesnt look at me. She just proceeds to smell the two t-shirts Im trying to return. In front of me and everyone in line! I was so embarrassed! I asked what the problem was? She said they smell like theyve been worn. And when she said it Im pretty sure wanted to roll her eyes. She didnt but she was very rude qwhen she said it. I assured her that they have never been worn( only tried on- didnt fit). She brought up the no tag thing. I let her know they didnt come with tags, only the clear plastic bags with barcodes on them(again they were purchased online). I told her unfortunately I didnt bring the bags. She then proceeds to tell me .. Yes they do come with tags. I advised her that the clothes I received did not have tags. She told me again that yes they do. In the end, the items were returned. In addition to the returns, I had a ton of jewelry and other items that I picked up while I waited in line for 15 mins. Enough items that would have cost me more than my return. I let her know that because of the way I was treated I would not be purchasing those items. The clothing was plus size. I know old navy just started taking those online returns at the stores(previously plus size customers had to return by mail only). So maybe shes not used to how plus size clothing is shipped. Either way, Im a woman in my 30s and I really dont need to go to a store to be treated rudely. Thats exactly why I primarily shop online to avoid things like this. Thanks for listening :)

No customer service what so ever!!! Deceiving advertisement. Bad experience for the second time. Bought shorts for my youngest son and the table where they were displayed had some shorts with red prices which meant all shorts were on sale but when paying for same shorts just different color the discount didnt applied to all shorts which made it very frustrating aside from the longggggg wait. To avoid confusion sale items should NOT be kept in the same table or rack. Will definitely NOT shop there again.

Honestly I went with my girlfriend on Black Friday and the best things we found were for boys clothes great selection for boys clothes!! Thumbs up.,however for girls and women not much...sucks. I agree with a previous post. Staff need to learn to help customers; they are just talking to themselves. .

This particular location doesnt have very much room to walk and browse, especially during busy times. The waiting line is usually pretty long and there are a limited number of employees. Other than that, pretty much what youd expect from an Old Navy.
