This is the worst experience a customer can have, unfriendly faces, attitude, not informative and short. People dont come 1st, work (Tiffany) , she rather stock up and arrange , leave counter to talk to other staff members, cross words with loss prevention, knowing there is a huge line waiting to be serviced. I asked Tiffany, if they were getting more cashiers she said that is all we getting. I responded only ome cashier working cause she busy orginizing the products on watch counter/section. Really feel bad for only girl actually working . People just looking around to see if anymore cashiers coming to assist the sales. Customers impatient and making comments as why only one working cashier foe long lines. Question is " Ross Dress for Less" not anticipate long lines for returns or just after holiday shopping? How long you guys been in business? But what makes it worse is the poor customer service and serious faces. Like they are miserable just working here. I strongly suggest orientation on people skils (specially for Tiffany), and managing staff to better assist sales and streamlining the process for both company and customers. Happier customers always come back. Negative comments wether online or verbally said out loud to hear. Well does not help the cause. Sincerely a loyal customer for many years. Aaron Sagrero

Have patience when you are waiting in line. You should know by now the longass line is never-ending. Dont come to this store if you are in a rush. Dont yell at the cashiers. Dont walk in crossing your fingers and toes hoping the line will go down. It will not. It might even longer. We all like a good sale, right? Know that other people do too and Ross provides that but the catch is the longass line. Its not the caahiers fault. They dont choose to take an entire day with the customer. Just today I saw a customer with 20 questions about a product. Bih please do your research online. Just let them ring up the things you think you need and perhaps ask them how its going. I have and found that most of the cashiers are funny and friendly. So smoke a joint. Suck on your Vape pen, or bring headphones. Just dont be that bih.

Rude staff!! This Ross is prejudice against dogs although the sign out front says "leashed and service dogs welcome" they want you to put your dog in a cart. And yes my dog was leashed and is well trained. Which for one isnt considerate to customers as the carts are where you put your clothes, childrens toys, kitchen ware, and occasional snacks in. This is the only Ross that I have encountered that has this strange rule where a dogs paw cant touch their less than pristine floor.

Ive shopped this store a few times. Every time I have gone in Ive found some great deals. When I get to the register there is only ever 2 registers working. After waiting in line 5 minutes without the line moving Ive given up and just left empty handed. This has occurred 3 out of the 4 times Ive visited.

This place is awesome customer service is great and under great management I lost my sunglasses in the bathroom and they werent cheap glasses they were 250.00... And they held on to him for a week and they were quick to give them to me even after the place had closed this place is AWESOME!! ODOYLE RULES!!

The store is very clean and put together I was very impressed I actually told the sales associate I enjoyed shopping at this store. There are many Associates to help out and answer questions I was impressed I will definitely come back.

Very unkept, I cannot belive that at 2pm practically the entire mens department clothing was on the floor and being stepped on by customers and shopping carts. There were clothes everywhere. I literally walked in and walked out.

This Ross is nicer than the others around town. The workers arent attentive whats so ever though, no one helps, the LP at the door never even says Hello or is sometimes no where to be seen. Take a trip to Marshalls instead
