Purchasing from this place is fine but God forbid you try to return an item... They (Edith, one of the managers) treats you like a criminal trying to get away with some kind of crime! She is also very rude and refuses to assist you in any way further (and I mean that literally) when you try to get your issue resolved by asking for assistance by someone above her. "Corporates number is over ther. You can get it yourself. Next!!!" Is that really how you should speak to customers. Maybe stop and consider that theyre the ones funding your paychecks.... Im so glad the Burlingtons store is opening up accross the street from them in a couple of months. Not to mention the Target down the street as well as a Kohls on Fremont ave. Employees like Edith from this Ross on Main St. In Alhambra will cost Ross many customers and revenues in sales.

A very nice place to find bargains, if you have some time. They have very good brands in the mens clothing department, so I assume womens as well. I really like their home, bath and kitchen sections as well, they have lots of things that will go for way more than what they sell for at other places. Decent customer service.

The only thing I suggest is to arrive early if youre a man and wear small sizes. And prepare yourself for long lines. They usually get through them quickly, so just hang out in the lotions and potions section until it dwindles down. Who knows, you might find coconut oil, at a rock bottom price.

Horrible! Horrible!! Dumb policy...I couldnt return an item because they require I.D, for same day refunds on a $6.99!! Item.. left my I.D at home while I was out for my daily walk. I wish I could give Ross a zero rating, but they require a rating to post your rating..

This is one of the smaller Ross locations so they are limited in the amount of inventory. However, just like any other Ross shopping experience, you never know what hidden gem you will find along the way. Very neatly laid out location. Friendly staff but Busy.

Its saturday June 17. There is a line of approximately 30 people. There are 2 cashiers and 9 cash registers. Called mannagement and he said one of the cash registers was down. That doesnt explain the other 7 empty registers. Bad situation...
