I love their clothes. however, I was trying to make a quick stop for an item before school and its closed. the listing says it opens at 9am, the sign outside also says 9am. but the doors are locked. I looked inside and theres no one in sight. I also called and no one answered. I got there right at 9am and waited for 5-10 minutes. no one came to open while I was there.

*you guys should restock on the burgundy skater skirt* Wonderful! Personally have anxiety and dont like shopping in public or talking to the cashier but i love this store! This is the first forever 21 and its awesome! I have noticed lots of white hipsters are moving in the area but its okay with me!
