I love ross!! But my experience was horrible In the beginning the staff was okie.. until i went to the fitting room, a lady told me to take off the hangers of the items Im taking and leave the others on that Im not going to be taking so I found it odd but I did as told , but to be standing there and her feeling in my pockets like Im stealing like come on you can tell when somebody stealing because of the size or whatever was in the pocket but not only that the cashier should be the one checking to see if anybody stealing or what so ever and take the action from there but she did it so rude and I could not believe it because I am a huge fan of Ross

I go to several different Ross locations, and this is the only one that always has a filthy disgusting restroom. I know its because its in South Gate! I literally was disgusted and had to wait to use the restroom elsewhere. Never has that been the situation at any other location. I can say more...but its just sad certain people are....The manager didnt seem to care when I told her, so enter at your own discretion. YUCK!!!!

Huge selection, and a good one at that. I cant not give five stars when a place has my shoe size (that being 14). The changing rooms are big enough for me, though theyre kinda easily peeked in to. The staff is helpful and friendly. Easy shopping. Can someone explain to me why they thought a "lingerie" section was a good idea in a discount store? :|

This is a high volume Ross (it receives more merchandise than the average Ross). As expected from such a Ross, it can get very very messy, there is rarely anyone on the sales floor since they are usually running go-backs and working register so dont expect assistance. Everything is packed so tightly that it isnt a pleasant shopping experience.

They have decent prices for everything! BUT the lines are extremely LONG LONG! 2-3 registers open and they take forever to charge! Its insane how the lines are! To top it off, there is no one on the floor to help! Ill come early or late to avoid those problems .

1 star the waiting line was long and there was only 2 cashiers. When asked if they can get help they said they were on there way so about 20 minutes later still 2 cashiers.......
