This store used to be super clean and well maintained. I went yesterday at 10am and there was only 1 cashier! There was a line so long, I just left my cart and had to leave because it was ridiculous. And the cashier was super slow. Get it together ross!!! And I wanted to purchase a purse that had no tag. The cashier asked another cashier how much it was.. the cashier said it was $30. I asked her how can the other cashier know that..And my cashier replied "because she does merchandising and she knows the prices" okay, um, I dont care if she does merchandising hon, shes prices hundred of purses. She could be pricing mine as another purse..I want to know the actual price that the computer says. Didnt buy it. Walked out. She couldnt take a moment and find the actual price? Hire compotent employees Ross..

La tienda esta muy bien, con buena mercancía, el problema es que la clientela que asiste en un elevado porcentage es muy desordenada, descuidada con sus hijos y con el orden de la mercancia.

This place doesnt always have nice clothes for men. The entire store is a zoo, waaaaay too many people and the floor is filled clothes that other customers just threw. Its chaos here, but you may be able to get some good stuff now and then.

Love this place. You can find some great hidden finds here like brand clothing, bags, shoes, etc. Way better selection compared to other Ross Ive been to. Also minimal wait for check out which is a plus.
