There is a long line in the counter about 40 people. There were only 2 cashier. Been waiting for 20 minutes. So i called the attention of the greeter to asked for additional help. She answered back saying " this is all we have so wait for your turn". Is that the way to answer? Not even saying sorry and explain the situation. No manners and what a customer service they have. This happened twice already. And nothing is being done.

There was a worker following us not to say hi or anything he was trailing us and looking at girls close and he was a man I wouldnt recommend coming here another worker said he tends to follow people and they get complaints about him all the time and I would never shop there again

This is the worst store ever Angelica cashier doesnt care she is harsh with the clothes pulling and tugging the hangers off and Sean the manager looks like I annoyed him by letting him know. If I could I would do zero stars SMFH!!! NEVER GOING BACK.

Another Ross that looks really bad and not well stocked either, would avoid it on weekends, but that goes for any Ross in general. The parking is okay and plenty of stores and a couple of fast food spots around......thats the only plus

I really like Ross but they need to add more cashiers. We were greeted by about 5 people in the first 3 minutes of walking in but only one cashier, who is doubling as returns/exchanges?? Someone needs to train a stock person - stat!

I always walk out with what Im looking for. I love Ross and I specifically love Pico Rivera Ross because the line is never long and if it is management always takes care of that and gets cashiers on the line. Great job Pico Team.

The cleanest and best customer service of all Rosss Ive been to. Except the cashier, he was too good to be nice it seemed. I did have to pull out my own receipt. That was just weird, Ive never been asked that before.

Nice place to shop sadly parents dont supervise kids and they leave a mess of merchandise on floor. Excellent parking and close to Lowes. Visible from parking lot maybe not street.
