I came here during the sales season and it was jam packed crowded and the place was a mess, they really should have had more workers on the floor, I think there was only about 3 people working the floor while other associates were at registers or fitting rooms. The selection was also atrocious but I did some digging and managed to find a few things I liked and got a good price on them. Although they were short-staffed they were still friendly and helpful

It is very disappointing, I drove very far, to Banana Republic old town Pasadena, paid parking , bought 2 sweaters for mothers day "on sale" ?each one $35 plus tax, after one time use, I hand washed one sweater and it has 2 holes now???, this is not fare, you go to 99 cents store and get better quality! I will never go back to BANANA REPUBLIC!
