I come to this branch every year. But since there were new employees on 2016 and this year of 2017, my service had been going down. I am a business owner and I manage my company and branches well. I teach my employees how to do their work with efficient effort. I care about my employees. But I cant believe it. I waited for 30 minutes in line last week and as I got to the register and handed over a purse I was buying for my wife and a Polo Shirt for myself. It cost me in total of $92.87. I gave the female clerk $90 and $5. The clerk told me I am unless by a $1. I told her, "That is impossible. You are counting the money incorrectly. I gave you $95." She argued with me that I only gave her $91. That $5 is NOT $1. She had to call an associate. I am a kind man who respects, cares, and want the best for my employees and company. But there has been a few clerks at Ross that are careless lately. I am not trying to be rude but some clerks need glasses. Dont waste and be disrespectful to your customers or else the branch will lose many customers. I know, no one is perfect but this is a heads up to the manager. Please teach and discipline your employees. Dont take this message offensively. Do your job as a manager so that your employees will be better than before.

As in store security here, we prioritize to be sure or customers have a great experience, all though sometimes we can be short-handed when bust we do our best to strive to be on top of good deals on our merchandise. And just to respond to other reviews, the stores cleanliness starts with the consumer, if you expect a clean store then it would be a good idea to put the merchandise back to where you found them. Majority costumers so not do this, it isnt the stores fault if majority of their costumers have no sense of respect for the store. Plus Ross will not be closing we will be open for years to come, and with the construction helping to change up the crowd and hopefully bring in people that are decent enough to respect the store. And we do apologize for not having public restrooms, you can always contact our Human Resources department in hopes of a potential fix.

This Ross dress for less is disgusting. Really the worst selection, aisles are bare...disorganized, and dirty. The employees are just "there". It is a depressing experience. Yes I know this area has taken a loss due to Wal-Mart and fresh & easy closing in this area. This doesnt make sense that Ross gas dropped so low...wow. MOST unpleasant shopping. Absolutely no are a that is up to date. Are they going to close? Would make sense, this doesnt have quality people, clothing, jackets, shoes, belts, bedding, housewares, candles, you name it. I hope it improves, as this could be a potentially mice shopping area if someone could see the potential!!

This place is very dirty and messy. It does not feel nice and most of my visits have not found anything worth buying. Some items are dirty and/or damaged. Of course you may be saving some money, but in my opinion its not worth it for qualitys sake. Shoes bought here have fallen apart within weeks. This place may be good for a discounted piece of clothing or a random household gift, but its more of a last resort than an actual destination. Im not a big fan of Ross in general, but this location in particular is grubby.

I love Ross in general, but unfortunately this particular location always gives me the feeling of just having missed out on something eventful. Each time Ive visited this location it seems to have been freshly ransacked as if there had been some sort of too good to be true BOGO sale on all items in the store that i had just missed out on. Not the best feeling for someone who loves a great deal.

Always love Ross. They have fantastic items, mostly great quality for less! Ross is my favorite place to shop. The staff not always accomodating. Yesterday I felt they didnt try to help me to leave my walker in a safe place. I am disabled, so I didnt feel, that the staff cared.

Clean, nice store layout and convenient parking. *Pro Tip: you can get 2 hours of free parking in the City structure across the street from Ross without validation, which is great considering that most of Downtown L.B. is either metered or paid parking.

They have an un-organized place. Rarely fun to shop there, really. Their dressing rooms are filthy and smelly that I cant stand being in there for more than five minutes. Aside that, they have great customer service.

I wasnt inside the store long enough to really get a sense of it. I was only looking for one thing, I didnt find it, so I left. Other than that... the store was very well organized when I was there.

Just left w/o buying anything in my cart because there is only ONE CASHIER FOR THE WHOLE STORE ON A SATURDAY THE LINE IS 15 PEOPLE DEEP!! 2ND TIME . NEVER AGAIN.

It was nice and neat. They close pretty late and there were like 3-4 security officers outside. The wait line was long because there were only 2 registers opened.

Its a decent place for items at a lower price than other trendy stores. Best for handbags and shoes. Be sure to check carefully for any defects on all pieces.

Great discounts and decent staff. Be careful about clothing tag sizes, they do not always match the size posted on hanger.
