My boyfriend bought me a charm bracelet and earrings two years ago for Valentines Day. Everyone always talks about how wonderful Tiffanys products are. To my disappointment one of the charms (the sandal) broke. I took it to Tiffany for repair, thinking that they stood 100% behind their products. Do not be fooled, they do not have any warranty on their products. I had to pay $55 to have them weld the "thong" portion back on the sandal. During the time they had my bracelet, one of my earrings "post" broke right off while I was at work. Ive had so many earring in my 32 years of life, and I can honestly say Ive never had this happen to ANY of my earrings. I didnt even know what the piece was called, so I looked it up on-line while typing this review. I also feel obligated to express my true dissatisfaction to the customer service at Tiffany! They make it seem like Im an inconvenience to them. The staff at the customer service desk acts like now that I have their products they dont need to listen to my concerns. I am truly disappointed that I feel for the hype of Tiffany. They sell us crap and expect us to feel honored that we have it.

Despite the store being Tiffany & Co, the customer service is HORRIBLE! If I could rate my experience a zero, I would! I walked in yesterday to buy a necklace for myself and the girl that helped me looked like she hated her job. I was not greeted, not a hello, good afternoon, or how may I help you. I was able to walk around the store 3 times before I had someone say "is there anything you need help with." The girl that helped me certainly did not make the interaction a personal experience. I asked to see three different necklaces and every time I asked to see one the girl made a face. Ive made all my purchases online and I regret not making this one online as well. I honestly expected better customer service, especially being Tiffany. I am tempted to say this experience has completely turned me off. If it was because the purchase was a birthday gift to myself, I would be tempted to return my purchase and taking my business elsewhere. I will definitely not be buying from Tiffany & Co.

I am from the metro NYC area, and shopped at the 5th Avenue flagship store many, many times. Since moving to Orange County, I have been extremely pleased with the Costa Mesa store, which has a large selection and courteous sales associates. I also want to commend Mark Pacheco in customer service. I worked with Mark several times to get some issues resolved with one of my purchases, and he was extremely helpful, patient, and pleasant.

They never ever answer the phone! No matter what extension you hit or what time you call. Very discouraging, especially if you dont live in the area and want to check availability before you drive down. Only reason I put two stars instead of one, is because after my 5th call back to the store someone finally answered. Id probably have better luck getting through to a radio station :-/

Super poor service! Even too much to give them one star! They judge you by what you wear and dont know how much cash you have in your pocket before deciding to give you any attention or service!!! Amazingly BAD!!! I left today and spent over $1000 at the Dior store on earrings instead!

Very nice! Looked at engagement rings here. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful in assisting me. I didnt even know what kind of questions to ask and the salesperson was very patient and helped guide me through how to think about this purchase.

Very helpful and courteous staff. I didnt know that they weld the charms on the bracelets for free as weve had one charm just hanging on a clasp and another was missing a clasp, they assisted us in processing the bracelet that weve had for 3years now.

The staff here didnt take my wife and I seriously and I think mistook us for window shoppers. They didnt start helping us until I laid my wallet on the counter and they saw that I was there to spend some real money.

As far a customer service via Phone, terrible. I cannot get a hold of any one and when I do, they put me in hold. Total time on hold was about 15min. They last time I called(later in the day) the click in me.
