I went to the Diamond Factory a few months ago looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend. Knowing very little about diamonds/jewelry in general, the store manager (Helen) was UNBELIEVABLY helpful and informative. She walked me through everything one would want to know about diamonds and jewelry, and afterwards I felt like an expert myself! Helen truly wanted to ensure I would find the perfect ring (I did, btw) and make sure that everything was ready for my proposal. The store itself is elegant and tasteful, the rest of the staff is very polite and excited to help in any way possible. I would HIGHLY recommend the Diamond Factory for any jewelry need!

Helen and the whole staff are so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I even had an issue where my wedding band kept having to be resized and they handled it each time at no cost and were very helpful.
