Fantastic experience! I fell in love with the Melinda online...we searched everywhere for something comparable in Michigan and had no luck. We decided to order from ken and dana, shipping them our diamond. It was nerve racking sending something so expensive and hoping for the best but ken and dana came through wonderfully!! They personalized the Melinda for us and I couldnt be happier. I get constant compliments about the unique and delicate design. We also went with ken and Dana for the wedding band which sets the whole thing off. Dont hesitate to order....even without seeing in person. No regrets or complaints here!

I dont have any clue what the other reviewer was talking about, my family has been going to exec jewelers for 10+ years and the service and quality of work has always been great. Its a family run business, so less "professional" and more just friendly. The owner and main jeweler is a fairly quiet guy though, probably isnt comfortable speaking English.

Brought in a watch for a band and a battery. The watch stopped running. I found out from another jewelry store that the salesman at executive forced the incorrect size battery into the case damaging the watch mechanism
