My fiance at the time (now wife) and I were so thankful to work with James. My wife and I started our ring shopping journey in the jewelry district in downtown LA and ended up here when we couldnt find anything that we really liked at a reasonable price. James was very helpful and patient, willing to help show us all sorts of different settings. We already had the diamond when we came to his store but he had exactly what we wanted at a very reasonable price. He was able to set the stone while we waited and we were very pleased. We liked James and his shop so much that we ended up coming back for the wedding band and for my ring as well. The communication was perfect both through texts and phone calls. James was really spectacular and I am confident that we will continue to go here for years. Although James is young, he has been in the business for years, and has great customer service skills that are beyond his years. This was a 5 star experience all the way! Thank you James!

My son found James on Instagram. Hes visiting LA for a month and we decided to visit him. James made a custom ring for my son and it came out exceptional! Hes very good at communicaton and great at what he does. If you dont contact James for your custom piece, youre doing yourself a disservice! Contact him if youre in the market for custom made jewelry.
