My wifes engagement ring had the diamond fall out after only having the ring 8 years. Also with having new babies, the design of the ring just didnt work any more and it looked like it was just going to be placed in a drawer never to be seen again. I brought the ring to Prestige just hoping for any solution, but fearing it would cost a fortune and take a ton of time. Phyllis (I think was her name) had a new design all planned out in less than 5 minutes and for a fair cost. I couldnt be happier and totally regret going to one of the big box stores to buy the engagement ring. Im glad these folks are in Pasadena

My new go-to watch repair. PARKING: Ample parking available at Paseo across the street. Theres a validation machine near the J. Jill by the entrance of the garage. SERVICE: I was in and out with my watch and new battery within 10 minutes. Youll need to be buzzed in, but service was incredibly quick. Dont forget to check in for 15% off! Selection of engagement ings was good along with various other pieces.Definitely going to come back when I need to have a custom band made!
