You know when sometimes theres one or two things that go wrong when you shop online? This company made sure ALL the things were wrong. 1. Their website was misleading about pricing for diamond vs Zirconia. After contacting them, they explained and modified the site. 2. Their return policy clearly states that there might be a 20% restocking fee for some of their rings if you return them. Since it doesnt say which rings, I thought itd be a good idea to ask before purchasing. I had an online conversation with Tom, a customer representative, to whom I gave the specific item numbers for the rings I was planning to buy. I explained my plan to buy 2 rings and return one since it was hard to make a decision based on pictures from their website. I asked if those specific rings were subject to the restocking fee in their policy. He said no. A few days later I am contacted by Joseph, they havent started working on my rings (Tom said the lead time would be 5 business days, this is exactly 5 business days after) and he wants to make sure Im okay with the restocking fee. I tell him Im not okay, thats not what I was told. After a little back and forth he says he will ask his manager and call me back. About 30 min later I get an email that said, I swear, this: Hi, Below you will find the information in regards to your restocking fees, if you were to return any of your items. We have contacted you in regards to educating you about our restocking fees, as a courtesy. (Then they pasted their return policy) Wow, they were so nice to contact me to EDUCATE me on their restocking fees, as a courtesy. This is basically a "We dont care about what you think, what our customer service initially said, we are not going to honor our word so do whatever you want" Im an idiot. I still called them and chose one of the rings. This should have been a warning. 3. I got the ring 8 days later. I kid you not, it looked like somebody had stepped on it by accident and dragged it across the pavement. It was scratched like it had been worn for 15 years (just like my moms). Look at the picture. After contacting them once again, Joseph said gold doesnt scratch like that and that their rings are thoroughly inspected by 3 representatives before they ship (lol). He told me to send it back to have it repolished and that it would be a few more business days. I would have to pay for shipping of course. I also asked about my refund for the ring I didnt buy and he said 2 to 3 business days (this is 8 days after I initially requested it). 4. Its Monday Jan 30. I havent received my refund for the ring I didnt buy. I did not send the ring back but took it to a local jeweler to have it fixed. Its a pretty ring now. TLDR: This company promises and doesnt keep its word. Their customer service representatives are not very knowledgeable, some of them are rude educators (looking at you Joanna). I dont know if it was an insult, a slip through an otherwise tight quality control process (3 representatives check rings before they ship, lol) or just their regular way to do business but my ring was a joke, covered in scratches. They hold on to your money forever, refunds take long.

Do not expect this business to adhere to their own policies. I purchased a wedding ring with the expectation that they would honor their lowest price guarantee, having met all of the qualifications to do so. This is NOT the case... They claim to match and beat the price of any tungsten ring of the same design and/or brand name. "And/or" legally means one, the other, or both. Great, so I follow their instructions and order my wedding ring and provide a link to a qualifying site that offers the same design ring at a lower price. Attempt 1: "Sorry, we can not match that price because the other ring is dome shaped, not flat." Fair enough. I find a flat ring with the same inlay on the same site. Attempt 2: "Sorry, we cannot match that price because the other ring is flat and not beveled." Ok.. still makes sense. They are a business after all... So I happen to find a flat ring with the same inlay that is beveled on that same site... literally exactly the same ring now... Attempt 3: "Sorry, we cannot match that price because the other ring is not the same brand name." Wait a minute... first it was because the design wasnt the exact same, now its that the brand name isnt the same! I remind them of their own policy and copy paste it into our email thread, highlighting the "same design and/or brand name" part. Lets remember... and/or means one, the other, or both. I meet that legally binding verbiage, but again they refused, stating that price matching an "off brand" would void their contract with the manufacturer. Bottom line is this... if they wont honor their price guarantee, what else will they not honor!? Will I have this same trouble if I need to use their lifetime warranty on ring size changes or damages? Dont trust this unethical business! Theyll be hearing from the BBB soon enough.

We used Larson originally for my husbands wedding band and two years later when is was damaged we contacted them to had it replaced under warranty. It was promised back to us in two weeks. We finally received the ring 7 weeks later. Thankfully we had a tracking number when we originally mailed the ring to them because they claim it was never received. The first time they mailed it to us they sent it to an old address even though I sent the correct address twice. After the ring could not be delivered to the wrong address, Larson had us wait until the ring was returned to them before they would send it back out again. They promised to at least overnight it on the second attempt. They did not over night it and it took over a week to arrive. They never returned a phone call BUT they ARE GOOD at communicating via email.

Let me first start off by saying I used Larson based on a complete whim. I was not referred by anyone nor had I ever even heard of the company. But Im glad I decided to use them for my wedding band. The first one came in less than a week after placing the order but was too small so I sent it back requesting one size up. I got a follow up email stating that they received my ring and that the new one had been sent out. I received it in less than four days. This one fits well and looks great! Thanks Larson for the easy swap and fast service!

Very poor customer service. I emailed in a question about one of their rings and never received a reply. Shortly after, I ordered one of their free ring sizers. Its now been over a month and it hasnt come. So I called them and asked about it - the rep I spoke to wouldnt even tell me whether it had been sent out at all, he just kept offering to send another one. If this is what their service is like, theres no way Im going to order wedding rings from them as I had originally planned to.

The ring came beautifully, but I do very much recommend getting the free ring sizer sent to you first. I ordered based off of what jewelers in my area said my size was, but the ring sent me was too big. They have been very cooperative and accommodating, and I will be getting the correct ring size in just a few days! I love the ring and the engraving on it is beautiful! I would definitely recommend them, especially for unique engravings!
