After many months of searching for the perfect ring, my now wife and I walked into Bixby Gems and Jewels and met Jeffrey. My wife was very particular about the style of ring she wanted, and once we got to talking we realized that Jeffrey could create anything we could imagine. Afterward, we encountered a “dream” setting on the Internet; a very intricate design with vintage milgrain, filigree, and beading. After showing Jeffrey some pictures of it, he was able to take our design and customize it to create an absolute work of art! We were able to be involved in all the phases of the process, which gave us a unique glimpse and enjoyable experience. His knowledge of gemstones was also very impressive, and his willingness to show us a variety of options to fit the setting, helped us to craft the perfect masterpiece. His pricing is very fair, especially for the outstanding quality of work. To hear my wife say “it is more beautiful than I could ever have imagined” helps me know we made the perfect choice with Bixby Gems and Jewels.
