If I could have given this company a 0 star if there is a choice. I purchased a very expensive watch from them because this company is the "authorized dealer". At the time of the purchase, they have never disclosed to me that the watch was non returnable. After some negotiation, they agreed to give me a "full refund". When I brought the watch back to their store, they accused this brand new watch has lots of scratches and these "so called" scratches were caused by me. For heaven sake, this is a brand new watch. For two hours, they gave me only run around, they would not promise me anything. Now, they are saying the owner has agreed to the refund, but I am still not getting any thing in writing to guarantee the full refund. I used to think this company is a great company servicing the Chinese community well. I was even thinking to purchase all jewelries from them when kids are getting married. But thats no longer the case. I am very disappointed by the way how this company is doing business. The staff was all smiling when she was trying to sell you the product. But when we went back to return the watch after they have agreed to do so, we were treated very badly, yelled at, threatened by the same sales person who sold me the watch. In one hand, they said that they would give me the "full refund", and at the other hand, when we were there, they would not commit to anything. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!! DON"T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!

Great authorized dealer carrying almost every watch brand. The few brands not carried at this store can be found at their second location in rowland heights. After much research, I bought a rolex and a IWC here. For the IWC, I paid $300 less than the grey market ie. jomashop. I paid $400 above grey market for the rolex which is well worth it to get the manufacturers warranty that you would not get via grey market. When bargaining, taxes are incorporated into the price quoted. No difference between cash vs credit card. The salespeople are all Chinese. I was helped by Tracy who spoke the best English and was very friendly. If you come in knowing what you want and ready to buy, they will cut you a good deal. Better than the quotes I received at Vegas authorized dealers.
