Maybe they are good with watches sometimes but dont ever ask them to resize a ring. we brought our beautiful ring and now it is ruined, crooked and thiner around where they cut it and they absolutely completely erased the engraving with no plans on compensating us for the damages besides what i had paid them. Im not even going to get into how rude they were to my fiancee by telling her that she was too picky and that this now damaged ring was actually the result of a great job that it actually came out better than it came in…REALLY?. If you dont know how to do a job, just say so. dont come up with a bunch of excuses. Stick to watches, leave rings to professionals

Been bringing watches here for years and always receive careful craftsmanship and excellent customer service. Jean is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Basic repairs - like a broken link or a loose item - are never a problem. Full restoration work... flawless. I have brought him my clocks and now Im giving them my jewelry business. Love this shop!

Brought my watch in for a simple battery replacement. It is my limited edition Lance Armstrong watch. He took it to the back and came back out with the band snapped in half. He said it broke. It was fine when I handed it to him. He didnt offer to replace it or to do anything about it. Poor service. DO NOT GIVE THIS SHOP ANY BUSINESS.

Very good service, friendly staff. Great place to change your watches batteries or to repair them. They give you a punch card so every 10 battery replacements you get one for free.
