I had a very thick ring stuck on my finger for 5 days, I tried every method possible to get it off before deciding to have to cut off. Krystal Jewelers was the first place that popped up on my search that was close to me. Everything was great from the get-go! I called ahead to make sure they were able to cut the ring off. The person I talked to over the phone was super friendly and funny! When I showed up, Scott was very welcoming & friendly. I really liked the vibe of the place. Theres lot of interesting things to read & look at while youre waiting. It took some cutting, but he was able to get my ring off without a problem! It only costs $8 but I was more than happy to give him much more as a major thanks for both helping me get the ring off and for being incredibly friendly! It gets better!!! He showed me this really cool magic trick, gave me lots of candy and let me pick out a few cute origami animals he had made. He totally put me at ease, cause I was dying to get this ring off as it was very painful to have on for so long. I dont have a lot of jewelry, but if I run into any problems, I will absolutely come here to get it fixed! Scott is the best of the best! Thank you so much!! :)

Super excited to finally get my wedding ring cleaned up. Im not sure who I spoke with, but he was very helpful and told me exactly what I needed to do and didnt try and charge me an exaggerated amount for the services.
