Yesterday we went in to get a phone replaced, a tablet added to our plan. Well my fiances plan. The first clerk who was helping us... I will be quite honest. didnt seemed to interested in helping us, because since we were buying 2 new Samsung Galaxy S7s, and adding a line which cut into his lunch break. To the point he STOPPED mid sale/transaction and asked his coworker to take over. Pulled out his phone put it on the counter and checked the clock, when the clerk named Brandon finished helping his other customer, he came over and picked up where he was. Only reason we figured out he was going on lunch because he said it under his breath. He came off very standoffish. All I have to say is he could of finished the sale instead of being rude, or explain why he was leaving instead of just walking off. He hadnt even introduced himself, so I dont know his name. As for Brandon. He introduced himself, EXCELLENT customer service. Once he figured out where the other clerk had left off at, he explained a few aspects for us, raved about the new operating system. He called customer service to add a new line to our plan for my fiances tablet which is a extremely nice one, helped attempt lowering our bill. Set up BOTH our phones, got them working and updating. helped us with our case choices and EVEN told us about the Tile product since Im notorious for losing my phone (found today btw) we purchased that too. Extremely knowledgeable and answered our questions. He even said that the company had a motto, W.O.W (Walk Out Working) and hed do whatever he could do to make sure the products were working. He explained the paper work and even used highlighter to highlight parts that we would know exactly what we were signing. Very engaging and funny. He saved a potiental disaster. I wouldnt have him change anything :) Good job Brandon!

At first I thought everyone here was being really nice. I like tmobile as an overall corporation, but the people who work specifically at this store are liars. I feel bad for anyone who got lied to by them in the past and is paying more on their bill. When I first went in to sign up by myself, the worker told me that the 1GB data plan was only for senior citizens. However, when you are on your tmobile account online, you can very easily select the 1GB data plan. Also, tmobile has a data estimator to see how much you will use. I put "little to none" on each section, and they estimated I would need 5GB of data. That is waaaay off. Halfway into the month and I have only used 200 MB of data. But the worse part is when I went back to sign up for a family plan. The worker girl named "Roxy" helped us. We specifically told her we want the 1GB data plan for each phone. She tried to say we needed a 3GB plan, but we told her we were firm on the 1GB plan. She also said that even when your phone is on a wifi network, that it will still use data (to try and get us to get a bigger data plan), but that isnt true. There were only 2 workers present, and about 10 people were waiting forever for service. The other day, I look at my phone bill, and it says 4 of the phones are on the 3GB data plan. She secretly put 3GB. Also, there was $10 Jump insurance on the 4 phones as well, which none of us signed up for. I dont really trust going to this specific store anymore. I think the workers lie to get a bigger commission. Please beware going to this store. I lowered my monthly bill to $120, but because of these people, it would have been $230. Luckily I caught it.

The worst ever customer service. I tried to talk to a manager they keep telling me come back tomorrow for a week I still have never meet that manager. I thank they sold me a used phone battery never held a charge and my screen had a little dot in it. They said i did it of course, after trying to return the phone not even 24 hours later. I had another service for 15 years before I signed up to t mobile. Guess what I did? I went right back to my existing phone company just because of there service. so t mobile thank your sunrise mall kiosk for losing my business forever. THEY ARE THE WORST I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER KIOSK FOR ANYTHING THAT SAY T MOBILE ON IT.

This T-Mobile store is very sales driven. They basically pressure you into taking whatever they are selling. They were also not helpful when there was a simple solution available that another tmobile store solved in less than 10 minutes. We also called to see if a phone is in stock, which they said they set aside. When we arrived, the phone was out of stock. They could have directed us to another store, but they basically told us we were out of luck until it came in stock. Overall, way too sales driven and unable to put customers concerns as a priority.

I would avoid this location at all costs. T-Mobile in general has amazing customer service but the employees here only care about the sale and that alone. I was made to believe that my account changes were in my best interest only to find out I am now having to pay hundreds of dollars more than what the account was at prior to walking into this location. Extremely misleading & not concerned whatsoever for the customer. I feel completely taken advantage by this location.

Do not go to this Tmobile location! All they care about are sales and talk about how much iPhones suck. I wanted to upgrade my phone and they spent 90 minutes trying to sell me stuff and pushing products I didnt want! Theres another Tmobile just down the road...go to that one! I was in and out in 10 minutes at another location during an upgrade and wasnt asked to buy crap. This place almost made me want to switch carriers. (Id give it 0 stars if I could)

I would give most negative feedback for this T Mobile store. The store staff members gave incorrect information about a plan saying my plan will have international roaming. But when I went on vacation out of US, from the moment I started from US there was no signal at all. They incorrectly made profile and messed up he post paid and prepaid accounts. I complained to he store manager who was so rude. Worst store and best cheats I have seen.

Went into store to ask about a prepaid SIM. I was completely positive I would not be approved for an account. Well to my surprise Chris the sales associate suggested I should try to run my credit. I was approved with no deposit... I was shocked.! My husband and I walked out with 2 new LG k20 blues and a headset. We couldnt be happier. Thank you Chris and the rest of the team there at the Sunrise Mall T-Mobile.

Excellent!!.....Excellent!!.....Excellent!!!.. On my last experience with T-Mobile at a different location, I spent 2+ hours with 4 different store employees and left very dissatisfied. This location was very different. With the assistance of Asst. Manager Shayne, he immediately identified my problem and fixed it, all in record time. I will definitely return & I recommend this store to all!! Jackie J.
